You go girl! Seriously, I can't believe nobody has commented yet, oh well. I'll just say this to anyone watching this video. I found VacMD when I was researching my next vacuum and after speaking with Kimberly herself, I knew where I would purchase my vacuum from! I'm in California and she is in Florida, which was a concern for me, but she completely erased that concern in short order and this video sounds like she is adding backup to that! It also so happens that I don't have a vacuum shop within 100 miles of me so VacMD is more important than ever.
The other thing is that Kimberly goes out of her way for her customers! She is not in this to make a fast dollar in a grift or tricky three card Monty type way like most chain stores constantly try and do, unfortunately with great success because folks do not do their homework. Kimberly is about educating the customer and supporting the customer! The more educated customers there are the better off for everyone. That is why Kimberly is also picky about what vendors and manufactures she deals with and has very good relations with them, which goes towards customer support.
What is also great is that there are no games at VacMD! Everything is up front and honest.
VacMD is my personal goto for all things vacuum and floor. I'm glad I found VacMD.

@@kimberly.thomasonKimberly, as you already know I'm about transparency and honesty. There is so much extreme corruption right now from government on down that is truly hurting all of us. It is even in the grocery stores as well! Lots of tricks are being played. That is why it is very important that one points out the honest business or deed, no matter how small when one sees it! It is how to make needed change because it starts the process. The more folks who hear about it and seek to experience it, the stronger the push becomes. We already have more than enough hatred and bigotry and other nasty things that seem to appeal to a lot of folks because it seems convenient or something. We need the opposite and to make it more appealing. Doing what you are doing is one way towards that. Now it is a matter of waiting for folks to want to drink the clean water instead of the koolaid.
