What you do is what i do actually but i got lost in the middle, you brought me back on track. As in meditation, since 2016, my wake up exactly around 3:30 am. I was really impressed how you challenge yourself with small things like sleeping on floor. I love how you plan things and how they work out. After watching your minimalistic video, i made sure that i live life in minimalistic manner. I feel like you are an elder version of mine. Do you know lucid dreaming? If yes then do make video on that too, it would be fun to watch
