Really great advice. As a married man coming up on 5 years in my marriage, I wholeheartedly agree with these lessons...thank you! The only one I differ with a bit is the resolving a conflict before bed. I think sleeping on it is good sometimes as long as you agree to return to it and finish the convo, especially if it's late at night.
