I know Guardiola uses 5 vertical channels similar to your diagram here, but that Nagelsmann uses seven vertical zones. I'm been thinking a lot about how I might divide the pitch, especially in attacking scenario's like this against a low block.

Every time someone plays a low block sometimes its so frustrating to exploit it!!! 😂
Yeah! Especially when they don’t even try to counter and attack when they win the ball and they literally just play for a point
