Since its not that heavy designing like graphic
Can i use basic computer?
Like i3 processor, 4 gb ram, internal graphics, ips monitor.
I think its good for 2 years till i get job and can afford high end laptops.

Yes that’s fine for a beginner, you will be using online apps like figma. Or XD so not hard rendering that’s a good step.
