OK tried all your methods and none fixed this problem on my PC running W11.
Your screenshots seem to be via W10.
W11 did not allow deleting of the cmd key in one of your steps.
Most annoying.

easiest fix of my life right and people may see this comment and slap themselves in the head…tryna play fifa 23 and ofc it’s on EA so i load it up to find i was logged out of EA the whole time….logged back in and it now loads up
