Lil bonus tip for you since you missed a secret. You know when you operated the crane and smashed the wall and found a crate? Well go back when you got a spare moment and smash the right side. You'll find yourself a surprise :)
One day, they should do some crossovers with all these wonderful characters from Stellar Blade, Bayonetta, Devil May Cry and Nier Automata

Some tips: Looks like you got the dodge down with the blue indicator. There is one in your skill set for the purple; it's called Repulse. Also, you can also run behind enemies instead of walking to stealth kill, but you have to be quick with hitting triangle. Remember, if a fight gets too tough, you can always switch to story mode, but you're doing great so no need to worry.
I can't wait to see you hear some of the tracks later in the game.
Chiped beef on toast is what is know as "Shit on a shingle". My dad said it was quite common as food in the Marines in the 70s. Supposedly it is really good.

The face you made there I love how confident you always go into these fights and right beforehand you were talking about the improve of your combat abilities and then died right off the bat getting distracted looking at the skills. Maybe for flawless combat ,use that light /heavy strike press -> wait a sec until eve finishes the animation -> next strike /parry etc instead if mash the buttons. Like in the arkham games. I know that's martial arts without weapons. But that technique helped in some other games ,even the ones with melee weapon play.
Is there a way browse the background music? To select them ,let them play repeatedly while playing?
You get an ability to counter purple attacks later. Like blue attacks are countered with Dodge+forward, for the purple ones you press Dodge+backwards

To answer your question about what's better to use, perfect parry or perfect dodge. You'll get much more from performing a perfect parry. It refills your beta energy, and damages their balance so you can perform a retribution. Beta energy is necessary to perform counter and reflection.
Before upgrading your Beta attacks I would suggest getting the Beta Energy recharge I and II, so you can gain more beta energy from regular hits
You missed an outfit located on the crane section. You have to break the other wall on the right with the crane.
I wonder, if it is ok for you, that we mention when you miss an outfit?

@TheMirandalorian yeah, the one with the crane, where you can destroy the right part of the wall. And before the Hall of Records near the smaller checkpoint, there is a ledge where you can climb down, at the end there is a skin for the drone.

"SOS" (Shit-On-a-Shingle) was what my father-in-law called a chipped beef and gravy mixture ladled over toast. Apparently it was a staple food when he served in the Navy back in the 1960's.
I'd assume any kind of chunky brown sauce over bread could be called "SOS."
Edit to add: With the girders on the cranes, you found the crate on the left, but you missed the crate on the right behind the 2nd breakable wall. The loot you missed over there is a new outfit, so depending on whether oyu're wanting to collect all the "fashion statements" or not, you might wanna go back and break that 2nd wall and pick that up also.

Not sure if you unlocked the skill that makes perfect parrys easier.. It helps A LOT! its in the Survival skill tree.
