I’m just some guy, but this is what I’d love to see more of from builders. Pushing the boundaries of what a guitar pedal can do. We’ve got enough tube screamers people! 😭
Great demo as always! EAE swung for the uncharted fences with this one; I know it’s not landing with everyone, but I’ve been loving seeing the different applications and personalities using it in the wild
It's interesting! I know it's not technically a reverb, but it does have some similar characteristics and seems like it can be used as one. It seems to kinda sit in the world of the Gen Loss too. Cool to see other companies besides Chase Bliss get into that space. It can only help to push innovation and progress.
Thank You for this inspiring demo - great sounds, great playing - Info and music well balanced ! I'm very close to buying the pedal - and I wonder: did it bother at any time, that the output is mono? THANKS again🙏
Wow. It’s almost like an interactive flanger with variable LFO - spring reverb - pitch shifter - harmonizer. Far out. Put that with a Rainbow Machine and you can weave nightmares. But like, in the best way. ✌️😌🎸
Yeah, kinda. It’s simulating a rather niche technique, whereby you place a microphone inside a piano that’s not being played and capture the effect of another instrument’s sound on the reverberating strings.
The effects of this I feel could capture the tone of a resonator guitar. I also think it’s a pitch shifter as well. With the ability to give fuzz an octave up and down effect. I think that for a studio musician this would be a valuable piece of gear. I am not a studio musician. I do think this is amazing. Just not something I would ever use.

pssh. you’re a legend, gil.
Amen to that man. Love what John and EAE are doing, more of that from others!!
its literally just a fancy reverb...
@@-jank-willson Yeah, and an electric guitar is just a fancy acoustic guitar.
I think it's bold to introduce a completely new effect. Good on you, EAE.
its literally a fancy reverb
I would use it up front as a tone sculpting tool...

That part with the bass and drums was awesome. 2:44.👍👍👍
i know, right? the drums sound like they were being played in an iron pipe.
@@DemosInTheDark You could totally make "Dub" or "Trip Hop" with it 🤘🤘
It's very sympathetic
Sounds cool like for soundtrack work.
for sure!
Cool concept, clearly needs work. I’ll wait for a V4 or so while they figure it out.

yeah, it’s really tough to describe, which is why i think it’s rad.
its a fancy ring mod and reverb combo

ya know, i'm not a big stereo guitarist, so it didn't bother me in the least. :)
sounds like if a ring mod actually sounded good, and had reverb
Great demo brother.
thanks so much!
Dig it!
oh man, you’d do some cool sh*t with this thing!
I wonder about the creations possible using this pedal with synths.
definitely! i believe EAE did some synth on their technical demo
@@DemosInTheDark thanks for the heads up! Will check out.
Yeah, love it! 🧡
me too!

"far out". couldn't have said it better.
I'm trying to wrap my yead around it. Is it just a harmonics maker?
no clue. lol! it’s loads of fun though!
I’m on the “absolutely love it” side.
Hi, I’m Todd. I’m a Pedal Nerd.
you are, and you have impeccable taste, my friend.
@@DemosInTheDark well, I Do closely follow 'Demos in the Dark', so I'll take the compliment on my taste
...so...its a reverb

@@JamesThomas-wf6qm interesting
I think this is the first time I've seen your hair?
yeah? come back more often for more messy hat hair!
Man, idk about this one.
totally fair!
@@DemosInTheDark Its really.....different, I am sure its a cool effect, I just dont quite understand how to use it.
