  • MATAR MUSHROOM RECIPE ❤️
    Ingredients:
    * Ghee - 2 tbsp
    * Oil - 1 tsp
    * Cumin/Jeera - 1 tbsp
    * Hing - 1/4 tsp
    * Onions - 2 Medium
    * Ginger - 1 tbsp
    * Garlic - 1 tbsp
    * Green Chilli - 2pc
    * Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    * Degi Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
    * Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
    * Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
    * Water
    * Tomatoes - 1 cup
    * Salt to taste
    * Green Peas - 1 cup
    * Kasuri Methi - 1/4 tsp
    * Mushrooms - 2 cups or 1 packet
    * Handful Coriander Leaves
    * Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
    * Cream - 1 tsp
    Recipe:
    1. Rinse the mushrooms with water, then scrub them with some atta followed by cleaning them with water again.
    2. Take a kadai, add ghee, oil, jeera and hing. Let them splutter.
    3. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Let them cook until translucent.
    4. Add turmeric powder, degi chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and water. Let the spices cook.
    5. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and let them cook till oil rises.
    6. Add peas, water and kasuri methi and let it cook for 8-10 mins. Add more water if required.
    7. Then add the mushrooms, coriander leaves, garam masala, cover and let it cook properly. You can alternatively, cook the mushrooms separately first and then add them to the gravy.
    8. Add cream, mix everything well and it’s ready!
