A lot of issues have come up with the brand “Fairlife” and I would not recommend them as a trustworthy brand. Some of their employees have released videos of them not treating animals fairly at all. The videos are disturbing and show terrible abuse toward these poor animals.

actually, it's recommended to workout on your period because it can increase your mood by releasing positive hormones and it can remove bloat and cramps that someone may be experiencing
@@jzahrannn3340 it make the cramps even worst cuz your forcing your body to work hard while he needs to rest on that Time of cycle and also working out make your adrenaline so hight it could cause a serious bleeding and olso it not about positive hormones actually it so okey to have low energy or Bad mood sometime spicialy at that Time of the month a female body works so hard for a whole cycle so when it Come to period days it needs maximum rest ,sorry for my english it not my first language

Not strange at all, she lives in the states. Maybe we should be all be mindful of language shaming.
The problem is when the mom doesn't speak Arabic most of the time children don't too, because they spend most of the time with her not the father plus people around them don't speak it so who would they practice the language with?

My dad’s mother tongue is Persian and he did not teach us as well because we lived in different countries away from his side of the family or relatives. It might be strange to others but it happens when you live in English speaking countries and go to schools with just English.
@Rheem k lol so only people who speak Arabic are "real Muslims"? Do you realize how many countries speak Arabic as a language around the world? What is required of every Muslim is to be able to read surat Al-Fatihah and some other passages of the Quran in Arabic to enable him/her to offer his/her prayers.

How do you think about asian culture? Like for example, wedding. We have multiple programs before the main day, like nikkah, haldi, mehndi, wedding, walima. And each have separate themes, dances. Also i think indian or bangladeshi culture is more rich then westerns. Lmk if you agree too. Like, for food or for other stuffs like values about family etc etc etc. We call our elder sisters appi and brothers as bhaiya no matter who. Also our aunts and uncles as chacchu or khala.
