You mentioned the mountains. Sometimes baking time need to be adjusted because of altitude. In general you might need to subtract somewhere between 5 and 8 minutes for every 30 minutes the recipe says. So if you make that again while in the mountains you may want to check on it when it has 5 to 10 minutes of the original recipe time remaining and decide whether you want to leave it going or take it out.

Based on the top color of the pastry, the time might have been okay. The material of the baking sheet is a factor in cooking. Since it’s puff pastry, it’s laminated (layers of butter and folding) so if you keep the dough out and not chilled, the butter will melt out.

Puff pastry is finicky. Its best when you use parchment. If you used silicone mats they will darker the bottoms more. Also make sure the dough is on the cold side when you work with it!

Do you have any concerns about the health risks with Brazilian blowout? That’s what’s held me back from this treatment for years. My hair is like yours and I’d LOVE something to make it easier but I’ve seen so much scary stuff about the formaldehyde & even know stylists who will not do the service. 😭

Depending on what they use (formaldehyde), you can get serious reactions. I've had my scalp burned and my hair fell out for a couple of months after because some product stuck to my scalp during the straightening. I do not think she is very knowledgeable on the subject as she doesn't even explain what the treatment is made with, as they can differ from salon to salon.

Not to hated, but I wonder if you don’t know that your wudu is invalid with fake nails and/or nailpolish on. Which makes you prayer to be invalid.
It really shocks/suprises me how many muslims girls say that they pray, but they wear fake nails, nail polish and/or fake eyelashes.

Hon, wetting your face with water five times doesn't dry your face out.She is muslim and has requirements before ritual prayer and one is that the water is touching her nails which it can't do if there is a barrier between the nail and the water.

Not the end of the world. I didn't know how to cook when I got married. I learned and im still learning 9 years later. Usama also has lived alone for a long time and was/is probably eating out all the tike. He can either get a home cooked burnt meal or order in. Big deal
