Thank you! Though i still love edges and frontals! I just do what's simplest now and am also still learning myself! I definitely still want to master the undetectable frontal and have it looking like SCALP, lol, but I'm still learning and haven't given myself much practice with them yet
I love how you love to wear hair naturally. I do the same with my wigs because I did the big chop in July 2020. I wear Kinky Straight all the time and everyone....even the Hair Salon Stylist next door to my business thought it was my hair! That is because it isn't perfect and the texture looks like OUR hair. Thanks for this video. I just ordered this unit. I really didn't like the headband wigs until you just completed this video. With other stylists on UA-cam, they just didn't appeal to me that much. However, the way you are wearing this one does:) Thank you. I look forward to completing my hair growth journey with you:)
Thank you for doing this! One of the reasons I haven’t gotten a headband wig is cause I thought I’d always have to do my edges which I don’t like to do! But it looks really nice like this as well.🤟🏾💖💖💖
Honestly I have never seen a more beautiful smile❤️❤️❤️ just started following you Nd already did the natural crotchet you did on ur other video,,THANK YOU
Hi there, I've only recently started watching you as I wanted to do my own hair crotchet. I do enjoy your videos and you come across so natural and a genuinely nice person. I watched your big chop and was amazed. Well done to you & keep on doing what you do. 🇬🇧
If you ladies need a super inexpensive option Outre Annie half wig is the way to go. Just so get the multicolored option in my opinion they aren’t as good. It’s a go to for me and achieves the same look
I have this wig, but it looks too bulky at the top for me 😭 maybe I’ll try flat ironing it like you did, and wearing really flat braids underneath. It looks amazing on you tho! 🤩
Sis. I came across your channel and immediately describe because you are smiling naturally. You don’t do that sulky pout where they act like they’re high or an opioid kind of pout like Billie Eilish does so unhappy never smile I like the fact you are happy and smiling which accentuates everything beautiful about you.
Omg i thought it was ur hair. U have us bamboozled all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if one video u take off the natural hair and say surprise😳. Omg i luv ur content so much.
I love your natural hair!! I am once again just gonna drop subliminal messages here... locs. Micro locs. Sister locs. Medium size locs. Locs in general
I've seen so many of my favorite YouTubrrs talk about myfirstwig but they're SO expensive...🙃 maybe I'll get one one day after my car and wedding are paid for..😫
Wigs ruined my natural hair. I don't know if it's because I was protective styling so much, but I definitely know it's because of the chemicals they use to coat the human and synthetic wigs. I started having more allergies and scalp irritations and had no clue why until the smell of my wigs really started to get to me and I researched the chemicals on the wigs. They made my natural hair dry and thin and knot up so much that it got stuck at 17inches for 2 yrs. I didn't want to big chop because I big chopped twice between 2009-2015, first from relaxer (misuse) damage and then bleach damage. While I knew my hair was bad, it didn't look awful enough to cut and I couldn't find any bad split ends or thinning and sparseness at the ends. What I found was that my entire hair strands were thinner from root to end but I had so much hair that it wasn't as noticeable. Instead I trimmed my hair every few months and didn't wear wigs from 2018-19, but my hair wasn't changing!! I knew my hair was so thin and it felt awful from all of the friction from wigs. To think I wore them so much from 2014-2017 because I wanted to get my hair ready quick for work and blend in without people asking about my hair at work and I did all that damage. Finally in 2020 once I started working from home and everything locked down, I relaxed my hair and my hair is the exact same as my natural hair except it's a bit sleaker when straight and I lost my curl pattern for the most part. After a year, my strands feel stronger and my hair is finally growing again now that I don't have the fairy knots and no longer wear wigs. I write all this to say, wigs are fun & I hope you get some cute protective styles from them but please don't make my mistake and let them become a way of life for 50% of the year. Either way I'm glad you had fun trying this out. You look beautiful as always and your hair came out very natural looking!!
Thank you for sharing❤ i wanted to start wearing wigs, because i wanted to get more into protective styles so my hair could be healthier and not break so much. But after reading your story i dont know if i should.. because they do be putting chemicals in them and that can never be healthy for you and your natural hair.
@@rafaellablinker9440 they are more of once a quarter thing and like if you do decide to purchase one and you have to get something expensive to avoid all the chemicals or do a chemical bath on the wigs if it's cheaper one, then keep you hair in the style for weeks at a time. My sister would go through a whole crazy process to get the chemicals off her $300 wigs. You couldn't just use something like vinegar for the amount of chemicals and carcinogens they put on wigs. But even without the chemicals that still doesnt help with the friction from all the wig caps and clips and such for a natural who wants to wear their hair out for the most part, so they want to take the wig off and on. I didn't notice it was doing anything to my hair. It was like I woke up one day and it was ruined and by then it was too late. Anyway, you're welcome!! I dont want to scare anyone because they can be fun and cute, if you don't plan to wear a wig much, just do your research on a good company that doesnt use chemicals and have it as a once in a while thing, not a daily thing like I started to do. I noticed a lot of popular naturals who loved wigs were getting long but thinning hair just like me around the time wigs got so popular so I knew I wasnt the only one.
Saammeee but II found a trick. I recommend removing all the clips that come on the wig, and using hair pins or sewing an elastic band to keep it in place. Makes such a difference
Your missing your hair. I was waiting to see how long it would take before you start missing you length. Just my opinion but ur hair looks great regardless of the texture and length. 👍🏽🙂, your a very beautiful woman inside out.
I dont lay my edges either and I don't like lace frontals either. I love your personality and genuineness. Please NEVER change
Thank you! Though i still love edges and frontals! I just do what's simplest now and am also still learning myself! I definitely still want to master the undetectable frontal and have it looking like SCALP, lol, but I'm still learning and haven't given myself much practice with them yet
Ikr same same same
Im impressed. Honestly if you had chopped in secret and worn this nobody would have thought twice about it not being your hair.
Without reading the video's title, I honestly thought she took that person's comment about making her relaxed hair into a wig seriously
Me tooooo
😂 lol, that actually would have been funny
Btw did y ou regret cutting your hsir?
That is the thing with textured hair...it can mimick any other texture! Relaxed, kinky, spirals...love it!
thank you! yes!

It looks like your relaxed hair highkeyyyy😍
This looks so natural! Like your relaxed hair 👌🏽

I love big hair. It's like a gorgeous cape, a beautiful frame for the face 🖤
It looks like your own natural hair. Would like to see more crochet styles also. And over time hair growth techniques. Keep Moving Forward.
Why is your smile soo contagious? I'm sitting here smiling at my screen because you're smiling, lol.
😆❤️
Same here 😆
Great headband wigs are just the in thing, I have two self-made and I am enjoying putting them on all through.
Don't forget to have FUN! These hair styles are cute and versatile - just like you!
Who else thought it was your relaxed hair you had put back on? Lol :)
This headband wig looks exactly like your hair before your big chop. I ❤️ headband wigs they are so convenient. It looks Very Pretty on You😍🥰

Makes a lot of sense. Do you, sis. 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
Love the hair, and loving your eyebrows too! Which eyebrow products do you use? They look so good.
thank you! I did brow lamination, and then just use a one dollar pencil from the beauty supply!
Thank you, thank you! I'm transitioning, just chopped off 3 inches, and have my first sew-in. Not liking it at all. Going to buy one of these wigs!!
It really looks like your hair before the big chop

Love the short hair, but do you regret chopping it?
