I feel like Hazel was playing and Daley wasnt so thats why Hazel didnt get removed and Daley did.
Janette Wallis Yeah I do.
Liverpool Potter
Not a safe house afterall
😂
Ba Dum Tss
He grabs a woman around the throat, and threatens her, and when BB ask him whats just happened, he thinks its due to swearing! The fact that he doesnt even think he has done anything wrong, shows what type of man he is
He was creepy, that was uncomfortable
They should both be kicked out, pulling someone’s trouser down on live tv is so disrespectful if he had done the same
He would of been removed for just that and anyone reading this knows that, they were seeing eachother in the house so slapping your girls bum on tv is so much different
Mitchell Joseph Mccartney bit late
2:15 What Daily said to Hazel. "ill finish you" That would have been such a scary situation to be in. Man or woman. That was threatening behaviour
It’s very scary when you’re trapped in that room with the person as well especially if they over power you
Please don't blame hazel, get pass her looks and put your pride away, it was not her fault, that man is crazy and you can tell half way she was starting to feel intimidated that's why she was laughing it off. Trust me I know because I can relate.
Ok
you could see hazel was a little bit scared
she was turned on
Josh Cuthbert if that was the case I don’t think she would’ve said what she did in the diary room. Lol
@@ell1090 Hazel started it... she should of got kicked out as well
After watching this again 10 years later i can't belive how bad this was, he deserved to be kicked out.
The way Hazel reacted to everything was a sign that she felt threatened. If you notice that every time Daley did or said something aggressive, Hazel's immediate reactions were to turn it into something playful. That directly suggests that subconsciously she is feeling threatened but won't admit it to herself because she does not want to believe it. So she thinks turning the situation into something light-hearted would cause Daley to stop his aggressive manner, but it only escalates further.
This explains it perfectly even when he grabbed her throat she grabbed his back but when he pinned her down by her arms and threatened her I think that's the moment she was actually scared because she couldn't move and when big brother called him to the diary room she got away from him immediately and she did look terrified sat on the chair
Only thing was Hazel shouldn't have pulled his pants down. Apart from that she did nothing to incite that. This man is deranged though
She was flirting with you Daley, not trying to take the piss. Someone has a lot of luck with the ladies. Strangle + threatening = turn-off.
Only people who have experienced abusive relationships know how to recognise it and that is definitely where they were heading.
That was genuinely disturbing. What a vile man.
If people can't see that Hazel was laughing in an attempt to diffuse the situation because she was clearly scared and stop Daley from becoming even more aggressive, then they need to OPEN their eyes. Shocking
As a psychologist who works with people through trauma, Hazel was displaying behavior that shows she was, in fact, afraid.
I can't speak for Hazel but in my career, I've seen women try and diffuse aggressive, fearful situations by "flirting" or becoming "playful" or making sexual advances. It's how they try to manipulate the situation into something they can better control.
Hazel had her arms up and her legs up in a defensive position when she realized Daley was being aggressive and not meeting her playfulness.
Daley showed lack of control in that situation - that's why he was removed.
Also, just for reference, if a woman is provoking you by egging you into losing your temper, the mature, controlled thing to do is walk away from the situation, not meet the taunting by exercising your aggression by throttling someone and threatening them.
I mean, that's just obvious lol did you just want to tell people you're a psychologist lmao
Her powerful personality threatened his masculinity. And that's why he acted the way he did. Not saying it's right but I see what happened there
Spot on. That was what made him snap totally
Wow that creeeeped me out - how did he get so serious lol and then play it off as a joke
If he can act like that on live national television, he's definitely been abusive or violent in other relationships, or will do somewhere down the line.
choking and threatening aint cool.
But like the dude said ...how come it was allowed to go on and he wasnt removed there and then...she never complained..
Why?
Patsy Boy No she didn't.
She pulled his pants down on tv? Ask yourself if it was the other way round would he have been removed?
Mitchell Joseph Mccartney yeah because it’s threatening behaviour
Wow, the throat-grabbing scared me a bit.
I think they both should have gone really
Me to I thought of that as well both should of gone!, this has only show it sexy to a man too a woman!..
❇♥❇♥❇♥❇
Yep, you're right.
Disagree
I didn't like Hazel but she was just having a laugh and play fighting he shouldn't have got aggressive with her
she was putting on a brave face, and good for her. she's a strong woman.
"At no point did she show fear or try to stop him by raising her hands etc..." Actually she did. When he was coming up on the bed at her she held both hands out to him and said, "Hey why don't we settle this with a friendly hug?" Clearly understanding he was getting too worked up and trying to diffuse it. She also pulled her knees to her chest once he pinned her to the bed, to keep him back some and make sure he didn't get his full body weight on her.
People say equality for women but actually at the end of the day its not. Women have advantages that men don't have. If Daley was a girl & Hazel was a guy, they'd remove Hazel immediently for pulling down Daley's shorts. Just like what happened this series with Chloe & Jeremy. Not saying either's ok, I'm just saying women are perceived differently than men for doing the exact same things.
***** physically maybe, but if it comes to sexual harassment and/or groping, men and women have the same power yet are still perceived differently.
***** but a man is not supposed to use that 'power' if they even have that, so everyone should be equal. Pulling down someones shorts doesn't exactly take strength...
Maybe it's because women object to that kind of thing more?
So true!
Difference is she was joking with him, he was actually trying to scare her.
All those blaming Hazel here are totally off the wall. She tried to defuse the situation several times - but Daley was behaving disgracefully, drunk or not - and revealed extremely worrying aggression here. He pinned a female to the bed and got right into her face and threw a fake head-butt at her which came very close to connecting. This is just appalling behaviour and Big Brother simply cannot risk him being there any more after this. Absolutely the correct decision.
Shouldn't have been aggressive even if it was a joke
Unfortunately he was adamant that he had done nothing wrong. I don't think he'll change because he doesn't think he has a problem. I agree with you, he showed signs of being a textbook abuser. The lecture about Hazel not wearing make-up was unsettling, and then what happened last night was just despicable. The fact he was surprised that his behaviour was described as threatening and aggressive was just staggering.
Hazel should've been arrested for sexual assault. Pulling down someone's trousers and exposing their junk is not fucking OK
+Johnny Mac Do you never call people insulting names?
if the situation was so threatening why did they allow him to return to the safe room with her?
we don’t know that
I think if he played it off and joked about it, he would've been fine but it was because he got aggressive that made it alarming
That guys an idiot! Pinning her down by the neck! She was just playing around, even though she should have been punished for pulling his boxers down.
People blaming her she was being playfull and he came back to her in a threatning matter theres no need hes a big guy!
Look.. Hazels behavior changed drastically when it became heated..
When she sat on the chair, she stuttered, she struggled to get her words out, A VERY COMMON SIGN OF someone whose nervous and scared.
Daley was basically talking to himself as he was walking to the diary room, he knew he did something wrong, but he tried to make out he did nothing wrong
Yeah, so threatening. She's having some fun and he's getting far too serious.
The comments he made on the way to the diary room said it all, let alone the comments he made in the diary room.
When he starts defending himself, to himself. There's a monster in there, wonder how his relationships have gone since.
I think it started off perfectly fine, a bit of silly playfighting. However, it then goes a little further when Daley slaps her arse not once, but twice. You could say that because he took it to that level, she fought back by pulling down his boxers so both are then evens. It was at that point that you can see Hazel's feeling uncomfortable so she decides to ask him to 'resolve with a friendly hug'. But then he wants to show he's a tough guy - not sure why - perhaps he felt genuinely humiliated by her pulling down his boxers even though her intention was playful (and I can see it that way)? I get the feeling that he felt that she was beginning to act 'out of line' so he threatens her but it appears to be in a playful way. However, Hazel appears to be uncertain with his behaviour and still jokes around in an attempt to lighten the situation but it doesn't really help. It's at this point that BB intervenes and Hazel realises the seriousness of the situation. I just believe it was one of those situations that got out of hand because neither party was strong enough to end it without feeling the need to 'save face'. And BB should've intervened at the moment that Daley slapped her arse the first time. I don't believe he should've been kicked out...just given a warning but this isn't the first time the idiot producers have overreacted.
Why can you see it as ok for a girl to do something sexual to a man but not for a guy to do to a girl.
Slapping a woman’s ass on tv and pulling down his trousers are two different things, ones a major major violation
Mitchell Joseph Mccartney both would be violations depending on the person
No he pinned her down by her arms and threatened her. That absolutely crossed the line and he should have been kicked out then and there
She moved onto the chair because she was in shock. You can be afraid & cautious of someone & still stand up to them. That's exactly what she was doing- giving as good as she got. I'm not a fan of Hazel, but Daley defiantly took it to far. You can see by her face she was uncomfortable with the way Daley was talking down to her & when he put his hands around her neck he'd taken it too far. She hasn't known him long enough to judge when enough play fighting is enough
1:08 standing over her with clenched fists. Sinister and abusive words, calling her 'little girl', threatening to head butt her (actions to go with it), grabbing her throat, controlling her, pinning her down and taking away her freedom to move away from him. Domestic abuse at its finest. I feel violated just watching this. People defending him or blaming Hazel have no moral conscience or real concept of how you treat people. Very disgusting man
Looked like a complete mug getting grilled by BB in that ridiculous pink hoodie.
The most worrying thing about this is that Daley seems to genuinely think he did nothing wrong.
I really don't know who he is trying to convince with this "I would never threaten any housemate" bullshit.
look at his attitude when they were telling him about being aggressive to her hes not accepting it. he thinks its not a big deal
yeah cause stealing his bed covers and pulling down his pants defuses the situation so well.
Damn man what a reaction!! she was just fooling around with you, I would have kissed her right when she said she would finish you quicker, you got no skills!!!
I think Daley needs anger management before he gets in serious trouble. Hope that was a wake up call!!
You can see how shocked Hazel is after Daley is called to the diary room. She knew full well he was in trouble at that point. I think she was also a bit shooken up by the fact that she'd just realised big brother had been watching that whole encounter so closely. She was getting too cosey.
What I think happened here is he took it as a sexually arousing thing like a bit of rough play without failing to actually read the other person body language and more importantly ask if this is ok , I think hazel was a lil taken aback and frightened understandable , I also think she was taking it as a bit of flirting untill the finally moment so he didn't actually do anything wrong untill he pinned her down , I think that's clear to see and that's why at only that point bb stepped in , I think they would have been watching that there and then extremely carefully, that's why with situations like that you must ask the other person continually if what is happening is ok however much that may 'ruin the moment' and also speak up when it's gone past your boundaries, it's unbelievable he just assumed she was ok with it , it's certainly not something he's discussed with her before , which makes it obvious he didn't care how she felt , IF and it's a big if he just assumed she was into it , you never just assume someone is ok with anything, I dread to think what would have happened here on outside world , what worried me is the way he almost snapped out of something when bb called 😬 did anyone else catch that , that's not someone in control of the situation or role playing to me you can literally see the moment it goes from that to this 😬 and difficult to watch the moment hazel realises the ' play' has turned into something more sinister ,
I know she was being too playful but the way Daley acted was scary
Clearly an abuser type. Saying that I couldn't stand her either
So when hazel said to dale that he did nothing wrong but when she went up to the diary room she milked it so much that slapper
they both should have got kicked out they were both aggressive she slapped him, I watched this and they were both as bad as each other but he got singled out for being a man and women hitting men is ok, obviously.
Racist Britons!!!
Lauren whitworth i completely agree with the whole "equality" thing. But she was just messing around. It was okay when they slapped eachother but then Daley started getting a bit too physical, he grabbed her around the neck and pushed her down. That's horrible, and Hazel was scared. He's a big guy and she's a women, i think he was a bit over the top tbh even if he was only joking. Men are much stronger than women, they don't realise how much they can hurt them.
RivzMedia Men aren't always stronger than women. Just to point that out.
She also grabbed him by the neck..
Amelia Skinner
naturally they are much tougher. Even skinny guys that have never worked out..
He was awful, glad he was taken out, but I have to agree with him about Hazel being devious. I feel like they should have both been taken away.
@Josh Cuthbert She sexually assaulted him multiple times (men have been removed from the show for pulling women's clothes off - just like she pulled his pants down). They were both in the wrong and, while he went way too far, she still severely broke the rules.
Everyone is saying they put disgusting and insane people in the house THEY DO THAT ON PURPOSE they want people that will entertain the audience
If things get seriously out of hand in the house they send in security guards
Rhys Doherty Have you got an example? I'd love to see one...
@C Mci on an old big brother brother a fight broke out between all the housemates, it got so bad security were called in and everyone had to sleep in different places.
Daniel Ranson Okay, i'll search, thanks
That was really threatening he went to far ...
Hazel plays a dangerous game, but there's no question Daley displays signs of aggressive and abusive behaviour towards women. It's not the first sign of him being controlling-but here he went way too far, Big Brother was right to deal with it. His denial, even after hearing his own words back, plus his anger at Hazel for simply saying she did start to feel a bit threatened. Very scary signs as to what sort of man he really is. Well rid. He's a scumbag for what he did to his girlfriend anyway.
she did not instigate him to put his hands around her throat and I think that was the issue. It was a little shocking he did that. I would have flipped on him.
No, the reason why she said "go mad" is because Daley was acting in a threatening manor and she did not want to back down from him. She even said "it's okay, I'm not intimidated by aggressive men". If she said "no I don't want you to go mad" she would have been seen as being intimidated. That being said, I wouldn't have been surprised if she got removed from the house for her actions too.
God, I found that really threatening just watching it! Hazel handled that really well though.
He’s deluded ,how does he not understand the difference between playing and being abusive
How does he know how hazel feels , how is it that he knows she’s lying about her feelings , what a Loony bin
He was over aggressive with her. You could clearly see she was uncomfortable
You could tell she got a little bit scared when he got really close to her. Play fighting or not, he took it too far.
I love how he's like "you just pull down my shorts on live TVs" and then she's just laughing
He seems quite slow.
I know guys like Daley & they're mostly always slightly bi-polar & resort to intimidation when someone doesn't back down from them. He's just a bully, nothing more. She wasn't afraid of him & he didn't like it.
I believe Hazel would have been very scared when he held her down. He didn't think BB would hear what he said, since he whispered his threat. If he didn't mean it, he would have said it aloud. She didn't know for sure that camera's were on them during that time, as often happens in BB
She did look very UNCOMFORTABLE after they called him into the dining room, but didn't want to say much to Daley.
'How was it fretnin when we was laughin at tha same time?'
Seriously? xD He's like a child in his responces. Anyone under those circumstances adopts the safe mode traits. Lauhings just a way to hide the fact its going too far and your uncomfortable.
Omg never knew this went down! This is some serious drama! Couldn't tear away
shes just as bad as him
Totally agree with you, people wont say she was just as bad have never been in or understand that situation.
Daley looked liked he was about to murder hazel the way he was talking... I don't like hazel but this is like horrible he got angry because of his cover lol? issues.
She was shocked, taken by suprise, trying to make a terrifying situation diffuse into light hearted. Daley saw red, there was no going back, especially over such a pointless issue, pathetic indeed.
Lady beater. Showed clear as crystal. Booooooooo
"I never be aggressive to her"...illiterate and nasty
Let me get this straight! Pulling someone's pants and smacking them in the behind is sexual abuse and very disrespectful. Although he went over the top, why wasn't Hazel also removed rather than just given a warning? The hypocrisy is real!
He was violent and threatened to nut her.
@@masteroflanguages4572 You humiliate and disrespect a person in front of the world, you get what you deserve. Dignity and respect is the only thing some people have. You take that away from them and you can't hold them responsible for their actions. You don't know people's stories. You just don't do that.
Hazel did looked shocked and scared, despite trying to pretend she wasn't bothered... Daley was trying to play it cool and act like nothing negative happened, but he knows his inner demons came out... Hazel can be criticised for various reasons, but Daley showed a sinister side to himself... Hazel may actually like so-called "Hard Men" , but no woman likes being treated like a man. Daley made himself look stupid and weak.
guy clearly couldnt believe his luck and masked his insecurities with being too over aggressive. shame because if he played it right he would have rimming that pawg allllllllllll night!
Any man who puts his hands around a woman's throat is aggressive, it has two meanings, I want you to shut up and I'm in charge of your life now .
Why was this not national news? truly despicable behaviour.
Glad he got removed,he was aggressive and nasty to her, this could of gone wrong very quickly if it wasn't for big brother
Black lives did matter here 😂
He did this to himself. I don’t think hazel did anything wrong
If he was a white guy though...
They give him the Chris brown treatment
The old Race card again eh!..
+K- Ainmé he'd still probably get the boot.
It's nothing to do with race, he wrapped his hand around another housemate's neck and threatened her. A white guy got kicked out last year for getting drunk and naked, and hugging another guy who wasn't comfortable with it, but was laughing along anyway. Nowhere near as dangerous as this but he still got kicked out anyway... Besides, Hazel got a warning for what she did. Please don't guilt trip people using the race card when it's not needed. 😟
I have an important announcement on behalf of Big Brother:
I am the one you all know as "Big Brother."
Now I command you all to stop watching this series, or else you shall all be banned from any of the world's freshly-made bakery products for twenty-seven years!
Daley should have not been kicked out!!!
Mr_Tweener_Time are you insane
Typical DV bully. Blames the victim.
:D Awww it's nap time and he must have thought Big Brother wasn't watching!
Thats some serious pipework on that diary room chair
its not that she was actually trying to instigate trouble, she was trying to put up a tough front to protect herself. she knew that Daley wouldn't beat her with cameras so she called his bluff. in my opinion she handled it well.
What bothers me is this..... after he was warned for being aggresive and quite rightly so, why was he allowed to go back into the "safe house" with Hazel who apperently was scared and felt cornered at the time.
Shouldn't they have removed him straight away after Hazel said she felt threatened, why wait till the next morning before removing him. What if he had carried on being aggresive towards Hazel afterwards, why put him back in the same situation and why did Hazel cuddle him after?
you can see in hazels eyes and face after Daley left, she was scared! he grabbed her throat, she did try to grab his but he pinned her down. You've got to understand he is stronger and bigger and more intimidating. She may have put up a defensive barrier but you can see the fear in her eyes. Im glad he got thrown out!!!
I honestly thought he was gonna hit her one. How aggressive he was .
i love how when he sits down in the diary room he just looks like a naughty boy who's been caught at school
The huge and crucial difference being that Daley is physically larger and stronger (not to mention a professional fighter). If Hazel hit him, it would bounce off him like a rice grain being flicked at a rock. The other way around? Different story. You can't equate the two.
you think she should be headbutted for taking his cover? LOL
Ahaha daley was speaking like a guilty nervous child being told off by the headmaster
People need to get over themselves. If you are sitting there and seriously think Daley was going to harm Hazel you need to wake up. BB were right to intervene but that doesn't mean Daley was being serious. He'd had a few to drink and they were foreplaying. Hazel was joining in and encouraging it all the way through. Open your eyes people and stop thinking the worst all the time.
Can't go for a walk yet. Just chasing up the police and asking why Daley hasn't been arrested for assault and threatening behaviour.
He played the victim last night on BBBOTS. He didn't offer an apology to Hazel either.
