I cannot thank the blessed soul enough who uploaded this album on UA-cam. Not just that this is one of the masterpieces by Ghulam Ali Saab but beautiful memories associated with this one especially. My father had purchased the CD from Rhythm House in Bombay early 90s and we played it till CDs and CD players became obsolete. I have been hunting for it all these years and I am truly grateful!

I just happened to see this upload and believe me I have no words in appreciation for this beautiful classical rendition of Ghulam Ali sb... Sublime and soul stirring lyrics of these Thumris' and Dadra, sung as soulfully, with marvelous notations, sargams and variations..go deep into the recesses of the heart to touch our soul therein ! I think poetry is like gold and when a goldsmith or a great singer gives it some beautiful shape, its value and importance increases ten-fold ! And Ghulam Ali sb is one such singer who could do this marvel with his artistry of words and expressions ! The accompaniment of enchanting instrumental music, enhances the beauty of the lyrics and the rendition ! Pure brilliance in lyrics, vocal and music..So mesmerizing ! Just swayed away by this heart touching rendition of Khan sb.. Thankful to Venus and Ishtar Music, for this wonderful upload on UA-cam.. Many blessings and good wishes.!.. 👍👌👌👌👌💐🙏
I have no idea regarding Thumri, Dadra. Whatever it is, the Great- Great Ghulam Ali Sahab sings everything miraculously and melancholy songs win the hearts of everyone. I used to listen to these songs through audio cassette player erstwhile until it became defunct. After a long leap of time I found this in YT. I don't know where I had been wandering in the world of imagination while listening to these classical tunes. I cordially thank and pay my gratitude to Venus for uploading in YT.
Its a pity that this album has only so few views. Generations of top level music culture is delivered at your door step and you haven't noticed it yet..Wake up bitches.
