Biography of ustad Ghulam Ali..
Ustad Ghulam Ali (born 5 December 1940) is a famous Pakistani ghazal singer.
Ustad Ghulam Ali was born in the village of Kaleke, Sialkot, Pakistan in 1940. He belonged to a musical family, his father was a classical singer and sarangi player who trained him to successfully use, interpret and improvise on vocal tone and modality. At the age of 15, Ghulam Ali became a disciple of the legendary classical singer Bade Ghulam Ali Khan,

Infact, this ghazal has been very close to my heart ever since I have listened to it for the very first time long back, when I happened to purchase a LP album, featuring this ghazal, among others, for my HMV Stereo System ; and will continue to remain so, till I breathe !
What a beautiful composition it was ! How soulful was Ustadjee in performing it ! What a wonderful feeling it has been ! I have enjoyed it thoroughly !
