Oh, Eros Ramazotti is a great artist, love his voice and his powerful songs. The cover photo is quite beautiful. Anacrusis are totally new to me, never heard of them before. Mike probably would only listen to them, if Alex Van Halen was their drummer… 😄 1,200 dollars sounds very cheap to me, too. Ok, Rush really don‘t need any big introduction, you‘re totally right! Unfortunately, I‘m not the biggest fan of Progressive Rock, so I have to admit, I‘m not too much into this band, although I can appreciate the incredible things they were capable of. Didn‘t know Neil Peart wasn‘t their original drummer. Always so much new things to learn in this series. Have a fantastic Sunday, my friend! 😃👍🥁

I discovered RUSH with this album, it's the only one without Neil Peart, and they hadn't yet found their own style, they were very influenced by Led Zeppelin, the arrival of Neil on "fly by night" started to customize the style of the band, thank you for sharing!

Hi Bjarne! I have not reason to laugh for what you said! You pronounced well, particularly the title of the album! (...and it's more than sure that I would do much worse if trying to speak Swedish! 😆 I would not have the slightest idea! At all!😬) A good thing about Italian is that words are pronounced as they are written. It makes them easier to learn, and the only doubt that one may have is on what sillable lies the accent. I am not one who appreciates Ramazzotti, in truth, but of course he is one of the big names in Italian Pop music. Many years ago he has had Steve Vai playing on one of his songs, and Laurie Wisefield (ex Wishbone Ash) have played in his live band for a tour. But in Italy I much prefer Vasco Rossi, also as person. I vaguely remember Anacrusis. Valid band! I will listen. Rush... I think that you already know that they are one of my favorite bands ever! 😀 Geddy Lee is one of my 3 favorite bassists, with Steve Harris and Geezer Butler, since forever. This first album is good, even though surely not my favorite of theirs. But I like it. They have no albums that I don't like at all, but the albums that make Rush one of my favorite bands ever are those starting with Fly By Night all the way to Signals included. Particularly the Exit ...Stage Left album is what captured me from first moment! In truth it was the VHS version. My brother had it, and I started watched it because the bassist used a Rickenbacker! 😀 I had not bought my Rickenbacker yet back then, but it was already my dream bass! 😀 Bought mine one year later, July of 1988, and I still consider it my best purchase ever and my absolute favorite of all my basses! 👍 Greetings! I'm surprised I've never heard of Anacrusis. It sounds like they have a lot of talent, but that's not really my style of music. That first Rush album is friggin killer if you ask me.... I haven't heard those songs in far, far too long. Thanks for posting What You're Doing, it brought back a lot of memories. I always liked to listen to All The World's A Stage and hear Neil Peart's version of some of these songs. Of course they evolved into a much different band as time went on, but I like their first few albums the best. I pretty much stopped listening to them after the Permanent Waves album, and my favorite album is Fly By Night. Thanks for posting Bjarne, and sorry for my late viewing -- I've gotten behind on my YouTubing! 🤘🤘🙏🙏

Great, different type selections....the first guy can definitely sing, just not for me. Didnt make it they whole song...ha! Now, the thrash band was actually very good!! If more $ had been put into it and sounded better, that wouldve been great(to me). Lastly, I think I've heard of that band Rush. Just need to chek em out! Ha! I was actually lucky enuff to see them live once, Mr. Big opened for them! Good stuff! Get that next cover out!! Take care.👍
