- A small recording project for inbetween: Aha! from Imogen Heap arranged for saxophone quartet.
This is exactly the arrangement that was performed by Pentatonix. Check out their awesome version: • [Official Video] Aha! ...
Further, I didn't transcribe the song, it was transcribed by GeorgeWu: musescore.com/user/5465656/sc.... See this link for note sheets.
Cooles Video 🖒😍
What's your bari setup?
I play on an ancient bari from Weltklang, probably factored between 1970 and 1975 in the DDR.
Mouthpiece is a Vandoreen B7 with a no-name metal ligature, originally for a tenor sax.
In this video, I use Vandoreen ZZ reeds strength 3. In other videos I also played Fibracell Premier 3 1/2 or 4 reeds.
Thank you so much by your detailed answer!
Your sound is pretty good, I hope to play like this someday.
Thanks. But everytime I go to a concert of professional players, I think for myself, there is still so much to improve ;)
There's alaways something to improve. :D
Is there a tenor part to this somewhere?
The original version for my saxophone quartet Saxolution has a tenor in it. It is exactly what Scott sings. Since I still don't have a tenor, I played it with the bari
Sebastian Weiss thanks
