The concept of logistics of cargo bikes that we proceed with has already been studied abroad. However, it is focused on developing algorithms for heuristic concepts that calculate the location selection of UCC. We differ in that we reflect a UX perspective on how to efficiently improve the stages of real human work by utilizing existing limited facilities. In other words, in the flow of logistics leading to the UCC-truck-Micro Depo-Cargo Bike, it is assumed that the classification work by a person is put into a roll container at UCC only. The purpose of Micro Depo is to minimize the work of reclassifying items into cargo bikes because they might on the street.
