Make sure bag is at good position and cover it with poncho or rain cover so that if by mistake there is a rain and water comes inside tent ur bag doesn't get wet. sharing from personal experience, waterproof doesn't work at that time.

The most painful thing during a high altitude trek is wet clearing tiffin box after meals (especially dinner), as contact with water is very painful on my fingers, it feels like someone is hammering my fingers.
During my Rupin Pass trek (IH Oct 2019) I used to scrap off some clean snow / ice (which is abundantly available at upper waterfall) from an area which appears to be clear,
into my tiffin box and shake it intensely with its lead / cover on and keep on repeating it a few times and finishing it by wiping it clean with Toilet tissue. Is this a hygienic practice ? Is there any better option to deal with this issue ?
Just wiping with toilet tissue leaves behind the oily grim and odor of last consumed food.

Sir everytime when I treck in Amarnath yatra or Kedarnath yatra when i stop walking immediately i start shivering in cold it take time to get normal. Can u plz suggest what should I do?

It's very normal to feel cold whenever you stop walking. What we would suggest is that you layer up every time you're stationary and remove layers when you are walking.

While sleeping, do we need to take Sleeping mat + sleeping bag to sleep inside tent...i saw one video where one guy kept sleeping mat under sleeping bag. Is it necessary ?

Hi Yash, it’s always advisable to keep a mat under your sleeping bag. It gives an even layer while sleeping. Otherwise it becomes uncomfortable to sleep on uneven ground. If you're trekking with Indiahikes, we'll provide you both a foam mat and sleeping bag.
