Private operators tend to decrease their transmit power as soon as they get info of DOT inspection. There is no such procedure that DoT inspect a surprise visit to catch them red handed..
This is true, jio tower installed near my house.. I use Jio sim and I had called for inspection from Tarang Sanchar.. I observe that network which use to show 4 points was showing only 2 points when they came for inspection… Don’t trust these DoT authorities they are working together with telecom providers..
Even man who was doing inspection with EMF meter was from Jio.. I checked with them at that time itself DoT person said they are working together with all telecom companies..
