that World of Springfield line was the line that got me into collecting back in the early 2000s. would love to do Super 7 line but like you said, i don't know how long this line will last to get all the characters i got in the WOS line
The reason I wore a bullet belt for most my 20s and 30s .....Lemmy !!!!! But at 45 years old I don't whip out my patch vests and bullet belt unless I'm off to a show . I still will always rep metal and Lemmy though ! Great figure .
The only S7 figures i bought this year is G.I Joe figures. I can't do a list. Bc there's only 8 figures. Unless you count the European versions of Destro&Baroness. Bc of S7 messed up on Flint&Lady Jaye they by default will be my 10th and 9th spots.
I know hip hop isn’t your thing but the Ultimates Notorious BIG and ODB are amazing.. just like Motörhead and Burton figures.. I’m really liking their music Ultimates ..

I just wanted to mention to you about not putting the Super7 Ultimates Cliff Burton Figure on your list since now that he's in stock at BBTS(Big Bad Toy Store) & Entertainment Earth besides Super7 themselves too. From what I've seen of the photos of him, his two interchangeable heads & hands with his bass guitar & hammer(from Metallica's first album Kill 'Em All) , he looks so damn awesome. But I'm waiting for Super7 to come up with another version of Cliff Burton with him just wearing either his denim jacket or his Misfits t-shirt & his red Rickenbacker Bass guitar(like the two Lemmy Kilmeister figures have). Anyway, someday down the road I'm going to be getting my own Cliff Burton figure & then the Lemmy figure as well(but separate though) & some other Super7 Ultimates Figures that I like to get from G.I. Joe & maybe some certain ThunderCats figures. Anyway Merry Christmas & Happy New Year for 2024 too.
I got my 6year old the Ultimates Silly Symphonies Big Bad Wolf figure for Christmas and he is a top notch figure. Im trying to decide if i need 1 in my collection because its definitely a nostalgia peice
I've got Ren and Stimpy, and Cliff Burton. Bought my cousin Bruce Lee fir his Birthday. I an currently waiting on Subotai, and King Conan of Aquilonia , and the throne of Aquilonia
I absolutely love the GI Joe Super 7 line, but 2 out of 8 of my figures were missing accessories. Yep, just an empty cavity in the package. Destro was missing one of his hands, and Flint was missing his binoculars. Both figures were sealed and had the plastic bag around them. I'm not sure if they outsource their packaging but it was disappointing.
Those boxes are super chunk lol 7 has room for improvement some revamping. My Goldar did break in the back peg. I do really like the fig still but it is an issue
As a Troma and Toxic Avenger mega fan as a kid (Along with Nuke Em High etc..) I felt betrayed by the cartoon version . Even though I still bought Toxie ! I cant blame them for trying to bring in extra cash either though . I would LOVE a Nuke Em High re do on all the Cretin characters in figure form !!!!! Like an ultimate series like Joe Classified . Or a size that would fit into the wrestling figure world ! What a stable that would be ! Or at least let them fight with the Dreadknocks lol !
The only Ultimates I got in 2023, were Waves 1 and 2 of G.I. Joe, so mine is a top 8, rather than 10. 1) Cobra Commander (My god, what a great figure!) 2) Duke (Looks like he walked out of the cartoon) 3) Destro (Love the lava-covered head and sander accessory) 4) B.A.T. (I hate the way the backpack attaches... so breakable) 5) Baroness (Blue uniform, but looks a lot better than I thought she would) 6) Snake Eyes (Not a big fan of this colour and Timber was terrible compared to Classified) 7) Lady Jaye (No face paint and the likeness is off from the cartoon) 8) Flint (Also no face paint and his eyes are terrible... I really wanted him to be higher)
Got to say the reason Super7 took a step back with Flints head sculpt was because you cannot out do Duke the true leader of G.I. Joe, Duke is basically invincible and the only person who can pull the hottest female Scarlett leaving Flint with Lady Jaye leftovers. As good as Lemmy is I have to go with Cliff Burton as I just got him the other day and man does he look good.
@@KylePeterson1980 I recently bought a few Ultimates when they were discounted 50% off at BBTS.. They aren't worth retail IMO especially w the QC issues they are famous for. But I agree. They are in business to make money.
@@KylePeterson1980 for me its the nastalgia (i cant spell lol) he is to me what lemmy was to you thats what i grew up on and its a great figure for me the yellow one is the tops even though the black pants with the scratches is more iconic that yellow just pops in a crowded group

Super7 would sell more ‘Ultimates’ if they permanently reduced their prices from $50 to a much more appropriate $25.
I don’t believe that would work out for them business wise. It’s a business they have to make money.
