This is a first generation GTM..... generation 1 front hood intake and center bridge, hood wiper hump, wider front 'grin' intake, inset front valance fairings and one-piece rear engine hood. The front wheel arch vents are accessories which can be molded into a gen 1 or gen 2.
love the remote. I hooked up a remote to mine as well. I can steer the car with it and also throttle and brakes. I don't even have to ride inside of it. I don't go anywhere anymore.

Which gen is that? Was the front hood a spezial order, because I see the old middle air intakes, but I´m wondering about the air intakes above the front wheels? Is it possible to order the gen 2 hood with the new middle and the same intakes above the wheels like yours?
+Renaldo DeMerritt Kit is completely street legal for California, factory five does extensive simulations of different impacts on the chassis to make it as safe as possible. Is it safer than a factory built car with a multi airbag system? Of course not, if your worried about safety I would say don't buy a kit car then :) but when it comes to kit cars, I would boldly say ff5's are the safest.
Transaxle is out of a 911, engine is usually an LS out of a C5 corvette, because the kit requires a C5 donor car for various suspension and drivetrain parts anyway. Although, if the owner wishes to use an LS7 or any motor pushing above 500 hp, they are advised to use a 911 GT3 axel. The price ranges from $40 000 for a basic one, and up to $70 000 for the most expensive one you can build using stock parts.
You can get a Pantera in pretty good shape for that, FYI. Just buy one from a Pantera Club owner. Club members do all the little upgrades that fix the reliability issues they had from the factory, and every part on a Pantera is still in production and very cheap. I was eyeing the GTM for a while and then learned about the Pantera Club and how nice their Panteras are, and how cheap they are, and my GTM dreams went out the window lol. Still, though, I want to do a FFR Daytona some day. I have a friend that did the FFR Cobra and loves it.
I'll trade a 09 murcielago v12 got some twin turbos. Got 56000 mi. on it. Has some body damage and needs a tuneup. Or also have a 2011 porsha 911 ruf. 720 hp runs great . just looking for a project. Lamborghini is just not my forta but got a deal on it for $50000. And I know these kits are about the same $. Hope you still have it but if not still willing to sell the lamborghini.
***** Wouldn't count on it, doesn't even look like he has the twin turbo kit on it. Also, that lid over the engine terrifies me how the mufflers are basically touching the plastic - that is going to warp and burn quite badly over time (assuming it gets driven a fair amount at least).

LS7, LS6 or LS1 and it uses a G50 transaxle from Porsche.

No its not a corvette chassis...it has vette control arms and engine..chassis is custom tubular built for the car
