If you were to watch a few content creators religiously for a few years, you'd have ended up watching close to the same.

Rogue is really the shining star of Zerg. Dark's chaotic gameplay and fierce timing attacks are a wonder to see, and Serral's indefatigable macro behind insane micro wins him games at the top end, but Rogue is really showing how more typical Zerg can compete with Terran in the late game.
I feel like mutas as a way to force a response in that situation was kind of brilliant actually. That was enough mutas that had he not responded with thors/ghosts/freedom it may have gone poorly, which werent well-equipped to deal with the swarm hosts and lings following up. If Byun had tried to respond less drastically (or if Rogue had better drained his money so he couldn't) the mutas end it.
Rogue is fuking making enough Overseers to permanently disable all production buildings... But instead he craps out an army of pooplings that cant attack... True genius.
Going through all of that can still take a heavy toll Constant vision and free nydus', let alone taking up so much apm, that's already heavily worth it - and if they give up trying to stop the changelings then they become even stronger Contaminte is hardly worth it, I mean they can put up a handful of missile turrets and it immediately becomes too costly to do it
As a tech switch esque move though. You force a trade of supply and then fly through the base one time and you shut down all production for 30 seconds. Rogue can then rebuild while his opponent cannot. @PJOZeus

UA-cam just decided I would probably like this content and they were absolutely correct. Your commentary is so so good at making this accessible even to someone that literally has zero idea what’s going on, to the point where I’m already judging player decisions and identifying lost positions as if I have any idea what’s going on. Wonderful content.
Rogue's sense for the timing and tactics of ending matches is second to none. Other zergs only win macro games through a slow war of attrition, but Rogue just gets in and bullies his opponent out the match in one fell-swoop.

It's only fair, it's not like Terran has anything else that hard counters mutas...I mean, sure there's Marines, widOP mines, ghosts, thors, vikings, and BCs... but liberators should also hard counter them because mutas are *super strong and useful units* and definitely not tickle cannons made of wet tissue paper

Never underestimate Libs as AA, they stack really nicely. Second, don't attack while the parabomb is still going, wait till HP reduction has maxed, as units affected are still doing max DPS.

Lmao, the anti-air attack is basically useless except in this specific case, and maybe against mass Corruptor. 1v1, it loses to pretty much everything.
@@LucianDevine they can slightly buff the damage but remove the AoE. That fight in game 1 was stupid at best, and required 0 micro from the Terran but still obliterated a massive Mutalisk army in less than 3 seconds.
@@nfzeta128 Except that it is supposed to have an anti-air attack, otherwise it would just be a Banshee that can't cloak but can siege. AoE is supposed to beat the things it counters. That's how it works.
@@LucianDevine having an attack and being anti-air are not the same thing. It's a supplementary thing, like HT can technically auto attack, and corruptors can damage buildings but it's basically only as clean up or when they have free reign

So clearly there isn't that much good starcraft going on when the overlap is so consistent. It ends up with me being able to watch content for say, Monday to Wednesday, and then the rest of the week your channel and lowko will be repeats of what I already saw. Since I prefer your sarcasm to his singing, I've just had to give up on his channel and check in on it on Sundays in case there's anything you haven't already cast -- typically not. I'd love twice the starcraft though.
