- Here is the full unedited version of my 23.3 workout, which was among one of the top performances worldwide and the final workout of my 10th CrossFit Open! This was my second attempt of this workout, after accidentally missing 2 double unders in my first attempt.

Agreed 💯 2021 was the year we saw a well rounded Brooke poised for a podium finish until the injury happened. Last year she proved she could hang with the best even without a full year of training. This year she's sending it

Yeah. I was extremely sad and me and my dad saw it happen. No surprise she didn’t show up for thanksgiving! Glad she didn’t! Because she got the rest and help she needed

The contact on low thigh for snathc is very interesting. I have never tried that technique. Will be testing it out now.

is the Best Workout done for Speed or Time? meaning do you get a Better Workout doing things Faster in a shorter amount of Time like in this Video. or a Better Workout doing things at a regular pace but for a Longer Time say at least 20 Minutes? 🤔
Power = (Force*Distance)/Time
The faster you get a defined amount of work done, the more power generated. In a given amount of time, the more you get done in that time, the more power generated.
Two approaches to develop different systems of energy, which is why CrossFit trains both.

cool, thanks. thinking about it some more. it does now seem like the more Power/Energy you generate in a Smaller amount of Time will produce a Better Workout result.
I usually go for at least 20-30 Minute Workouts. but now it seems like I should be focusing more on the Power/Energy I'm putting in more than (Time) anything else. 💪
