- Run your Nikon Coolpix point and shoot camera using a power bank or a 5v charger using this cable. In this video i'm using the NIKON COOLPIX L830 camera. With this cable you can shoot longer and record longer videos without having to worry about the battery.

Alex EZ i would actually probably get one of the models nikon released software for that lets them be webcams (there’s a list on their website, i think they are mostly DSLRs) I like this camera but it is a bit older at this point and i’m using it bc it’s what i have; if i were looking to buy a new camera I’d get one i could connect to my computer as a webcam. Other than that missing feature I do like this model.

I actually bought USB rechargeable AA batteries. They're 1.5V lithium ion batteries with their own USB type C charging port. Oh by the way, I am commenting this July 2022.

The problem is this damn camera, although it takes good pictures, it's a battery HOG. It wrecks batteries like crazy. Bought some Duracell 2,500 mAh batteries and it sucks them bone dry before I can blink.
Story of my life.. The nikon l830 is an enemy of batteries.. Including the duracell

No es recomendable utilizar este cable para energia, este es solo para transferencia de archivos. Se recomienda adquirir EH-67 y el conector de alimentación EP-5A con los que se puede utilizar la camara conectada a la corriente.

On written manual its written we cant use any other adapter but you are using it, will it cause any trouble while charging?
this cable does not charge the batteries.
for charging the batteries you will have to use the battery charger.
If you just want to run the camera then you can run the camera without any batteries by using this cable and any usb charger or powerbank.

How do you transfer the pictures to a computer? Do you use the HDMI-USB cable or do you use the AV-USB cable?
NO, there was a different cable (UC-E6) that came with the camera to transfer the data from the camera to computer without taking out the memory card.
Other way and the faster way if is to buy a usb card reader and take the card out of the camera then transfer the data using the card reader to your computer.

No, you can't charge battery with any cable in this particular camera.
However, what you can do is buy a usb AA battery charger and use your powerbank to charge the AA battery.
If you use the EH 67 cable, can you use a powerbank to the Nikon L340

NO, nikon d5200 does not have 5V input. so you can't use this cable. Instead, you will need a dummy battery and a 9v power adapter for your camera.

Get, the maximum capacity possible, i would recommend you to go with at least 2800mAh batteries, they will give you longer running time.

@@khalidbarakat41 I will be honest with you and tell you that batteries are unpredictable and nothing about them can be said with certainty. i personally have not used enelop or Energizer. I usually buy the cheapest option with good reviews. I am using the Envie batteries for 2 years & they are serving me well.

@@khalidbarakat41 Not many things in this camera that you can change, so, your photo depends on the amount of light present around you. Take pictures in bright light, your noise will decrease. Also if you want to blur the background. trying zooming in and then take picture but don't forget light is the key.

i clearly mentioned in the video, if you camera has 5V input only then you can use this cable. In short you can't use it for D5600.

How to transfer photos to my phone from this camara
With the camera you get a USB cable that you can use to transfer photo from the camera to your computer.
Other way is to take out the memory card from the camera and then use a card reader to transfer data.
Where do you buy the charger
Any 5v 2A usb charger will work. IF your phone charger has a USB port and your charger outputs at least 5V 2A then you can use your phone charger.
