One of the simplest and best blends you can make for calming anxiety is a combination of 1/2 cup lavender flowers, 1 cup chamomile flowers and 1 cup lemon balm. If you can find it, adding Tulsi to the blend really helps! I hope you enjoy it!

@@travel_nature_and_life I do have a sewing machine but sometimes I also like to sew by hand..it feels like I have more control that way :) I love kneading bread, i love the whole process of baking/cooking its a wonderful chance to slow down and be alone with your thoughts. And thank you! 🤗

I have to say I truly enjoy your videos.. I have learned that all i do lately is rush rush and rush.. I have felt so unsettled inside. But now I'm recognizing that I need to slow down and enjoy each moment that I can. Its a process and I'm a work in progress . lol. But I also know that I'm not alone on this journey.. God is with me on this!! I am so grateful.. and oh yea.. I use to go to Auntie Annies where I live and eat soft pretzel bites with the cheese sauce.. the cheese sauce tastes better warmed up lol.. thank you for sharing your videos.. its also relaxing to watch!!!
