I have mixed thoughts about this band’s version of the song. First off the guitar player/singer should really learn the correct lyrics to the first verse of the song. There were spots in the song that were decent and other spots were terrible sounding. I do believe they do have talent in their band, just not for Head East songs.
Kings and Queens - Naysayers are a dime for two dozen on UA-cam, and usually they aren't musicians. If "10" were the original version by Head East, this cover would have to be a solid "8" I'd MUCH rather have a cover done with feeling and originality than I had one performed by robots who do it only e-x-a-c-t-l-y the same as the original. Play on, I'm a fan!
I saw you guys at the warehouse in Lancaster several times and had the biggest crush on both of you and even tried warming up to your dad a little thinking I would talk to both of you if he liked me but you were out of my league I guess. Mid 80's and I was like 21 or 22 and was a guitar player myself but you both were way better than me but I enjoyed sandy shaking her hair and Donna was so mysterious and sexy that I never missed seeing you even if I worked the next day at 6 in the morning. Rock on! I hope you are all well. I moved back to my home in 89 to elk county where I belong. The city wasn't for me but the music was great in Lancaster back then.

Donna's smile is sweeter in person and so is the artwork. I saw them is a little saloon off the beach in Jacksonville on week end where I met my little pajama girl. Very talented. An underrated band.
