It's really interesting to see a foreigner describe Kaunas in such a beautiful way, I'm so used to the city that it seems really basic at times, but your videos are definitely making me proud to be a Kaunietė :Dd By the way the beautiful building with blue lights that you showed in the end, is The Kaunas State Musical Theatre, it is sooooo beautiful inside with red velvet and golden decorations, at least look at some pics and check their page online :)) They have tons of great and famous musicals, operas, international artists, this adds a lot to the culture, especially knowing that it was built in 1940 and is still going strong! Awesome videos by the way, keep it up!
Hey, Lithuanian here. As a civilian from Kaunas, you NEED to go to our basketball team game in the Žalgirio arena, where Žalgiris team will play, trust me, you won't regret!
I live in Kaunas! Glad you like it. Have you been to Vilnius? It's also a really beautiful city with Christmas decorations everywhere! Also, the closer to Christmas, the more you feel the Christmas vibe in the city, especially when there's snow. For some reason, there hasn't been too much snow in Kaunas lately (it only snowed a few times in November), but more will definitely come soon. 🙃
Hi there! Sorry, my English is.. American.. Not bloody lovely British.. ( My respect to Brits), Because we are .. so in come on… I’m so glad you got in Kaunas, very close to my hometown..Kedainiai.. @@drTadux the crime rate is slightly higher in Vilnius per capita (tho almost the same), so can you explain what is your reasoning and where are you getting this information from?
Kaunas is most dangerous city in Lithuania, but as you can see it is soo chill here compared to other global cities. Also, it is so warming to see someone actually enjoying our country and showing everyone how beautiful, safe, rich we are❤ thanks for coming
Kaunas is definitely not the most dangerous, it’s no longer the 90’s, update info. Lithuania is basically pretty damn safe in comparison to many other places.
Because it is safe.. We don’t take crap of illegal migrants..And we gonna keep that way.. Welcome to my country! Enjoy, explore..and have a lot of fun! I wish more Brits will find Lithuania .. like home.. nice and cozy 🇱🇹🇺🇸👋✌️
@@EM2000SS Well, EU is full up, so they are slowly sneaking those migrants into Lithuania as well. You watch what's going on in the Middle East - Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Sudan etc. I don't even mention what's coming in from Belarus borders with help of Russians. Give it 10-20 years, and Lithuania will become as ''diverse'', as any other western shithole cities

Enclrichers. But they are enriching here as well
You must visit Vilnius

Expect Vilnius to be a bit less orderly than Kaunas and sometimes not very neat.

Kaunas is not the most dangerous city in Lithuania. That title has always belonged to Panevėžys
it's not the most dangerous lol. There practically is no most dangerous city, but I definitely feel somewhat less safe in Vilnius
