sir har floor me column ka area of steel alag a raha he niche wale floor me kam a raha he or upper wale floor me steel boht a raha he . isme kya porblem a rahi he
This is happend due to seismic or wind load, bcz in upper to lower floor : high to low load comming, but need to check properly load, duplicate beam etc After that u have to take max steel area of that column and try to consider max 1.5 to 2% of steel if more than steel comming than u have to increase the column sizes
