Beautiful property. And thank you for your awesome recording technique. The hands are symbolic to your home tours and the driving videos at the end are a good touch, even if I don’t watch them all lol. I really get a good look at the property because you don't go too fast and you describe the home well. The stair counting is even helpful!👏🏾
Thank you so much for your encouraging feedback, @K.C.C78! 🌟 It means a lot to me that you've taken the time to note the details that make my home tours stand out. My aim has always been to present these properties in a way that's both informative and accessible, ensuring that viewers like you can get a comprehensive view without feeling rushed. 🏡✨ The pace of the tours is carefully chosen to mimic a natural, unhurried walkthrough, allowing you to catch all the subtleties of each home as if you were exploring it in person. 🚶♂️🔍 I'm glad to hear that this approach is resonating with you, especially in an area like Northern Virginia, where the scarcity of new construction homes can indeed turn house hunting into a weekend-long endeavor. My hope is that these videos serve as a time-saving tool, helping you to narrow down your options from the comfort of your own home. ⏳➡️🏠 I'm delighted you've noticed the personal touch I add by including my hands in the shots. This signature move of mine serves a dual purpose: 1️⃣ - It ensures my content remains unique and instantly recognizable 🤲✨ 2️⃣ - It discourages content theft, ensuring that the tours I work so hard to create can't be easily repurposed by competitors. 🛑🎥 The stair-counting feature was born out of a desire to provide additional value to my remote buyers, giving them a sense of the home's scale and ceiling heights without needing a tape measure. 📏➡️👣 It's fantastic to hear that my new construction home tour audience also appreciates it! Thank you for being a part of our community and for taking the time to share your thoughts. 💬💖 If there's ever anything specific you'd like to see in future tours, or if you have any questions about the properties featured, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks for the feedback. The camera is already on a stabilizer through the gimbal. To fix the stabilization problem would require a larger rig and one of the reasons why so many sales reps allow me to film my tours is because my current rig is quite small.

Also Abraham; the video quality is great but if you can get something like a mount to stabilize the footage it’d be awesome

I love your videos
What’s the price for the home shown?
Close to $1.6 million. They don't price out the model until they get closer to the end of closing out the community.
Buyer: What's the price?
Realetor: You can't Afford it!
Priced at 20 million? Leave Northern VA.
1.3 mil
Way too overpriced.
WORST WORST WORST CAMERA MOVEMENTS .. made me dizzy .. never seen such worst
Thanks for the feedback.
