these are great details on the americana. I hit a lot of arm bar spin off the vice grip myself. but I feel the motorcycle will give me a lot more subs on the americana. I also hit kimora rides off of the americana defense a lot, since people straighten the arm to defend that.

Blow a little toot on that vice grip techniques for extra points. JK, don’t do that. I hate that technical mount position because of ass to face. Both from top and bottom.

It's a neck squeeze/choke. We do it and call it the pipe choke. All you have to do is cross the feet and extend the legs and that brings your knees together with a good amount of pressure.
