my biggest issue with most of the sequential shiftere I've seen is there's no tactile feedback, it's just spring loaded with a microswitch. This seems like a GREAT option for the money. I'll still probably design my own lol

Not from what I understood. For the knob to be tightly into the shaft, it has to be fully inserted
@@OCRacing The grub screw version of the knob is the adjustable knob. You can see the adjustment range on the product page as well which is 220mm to 160mm

I'm not sure if you refer to possible inferior build quality due to material shortages, or to buying goods in general in Russia in light of the current geopolitical situation. Regarding the latter, I think that a review of products coming from an aggressive war wagering country is at least questionable.

Thank you for this review! I have been waiting for this. Your review was very good overall. What bothered me is that you showed too much cinematics of the shifter in my opinion.. 😅
Now if only Moza would make a sequential shifter. You bring out these reviews of shifters and I keep wanting to open up my wallet! Then I remind myself I want to stick to one piece of software and ecosystem. 😅

I just wish there was a new thrustmaster shifter, or somethin thats console friendly and isnt just an h pattern or sequential
I bought both the seq and handbrake a few years ago. And Its really good I can´t find any problems with them. For the price they could charge much much more and still be the best choice. I don´t see a negative about "its just a seq" and not a handbrake. The combined stuff never work good, Just make one for each and make it the best

I just use the cheapest sequential shifter I can grab from China. They are mostly made of steel and are tough as nails. Are they the best feeling? Nope. Are they they quietest? Nope. Do they do what they were meant to do? Yep. All I need.

@@OCRacing it was back in 2020 and was 215 USD, 55 USD shipping. So I think it has fluctuated in price? Cost per use now is minuscule so it’s all good. :)
For me, the best is the one from sg racing
Almost €100 more which is a lot and not really that big difference. For me it comes down to the click and this one sound nicer in my opinion. Looks are personal, I like both looks so no problem there.

I hope they build an H-pattern at some point. I have no need for a sequential (I just use the paddles--it's the same experience), but I do need an H-pattern shifter.
That click is annoying plus 8ts not a h pattern. Worst crap ever
