Soul king is a perfectly written character even though we don't know anything about him.
The puppet like figure and dirty, soul king was nothing more but a linchpin for the shinigami ancestors and ichibei. They cut off his limbs and pouched out his organs , he still accepted that all. That acceptance of soul king was nothing but a mere existence,he could not do anything, that was 'the great sin' of using soul king like that
That worthless existence of his was what imputated yhwach and aizen to rebel and try to kill him or overtake him .
Aizen also asked urahara that how can he work under that thing , to which urahara also refers to soul king as 'it' signifying his worthless existence
One of the foreshadowing that is ignored by most people of bleach was when ichigo asked yachiru who is he and moreover what is she?
Like he know she is not just a soul reaper and rest is history...

I respect your opinion and I really like the fact that you're being respectful towards all three of them but I disagree with some of your takes.
1) For your take on plot holes in naruto, the role of hashirama cells is to that of a plot device. So it's obvious that it's going to be a major aspect of the world building. It explains not all of the questions in the series but some of them. As for the other plot holes, they're are all either self explanatory or implicitly explained.
2) As for side characters, I think Naruto easily takes this one since it has the most amount of well written side characters in the big 3. What Kishimoto does is that he focuses on characters that are going to have a massive impact on the overall narrative of the show and explores them properly, while disregarding the rest. Characters like TenTen, Kiba, Shino, etc. are mostly background characters that from the very beginning had little to no impact on the narrative of the show so he discarded them and instead focused on characters like Tsunade, Jiraiya, Kakashi, Minato, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, etc. since a mangaka with a limited time on his hand and a limited number of chapters is better off exploring important characters that serve a major role than characters that have no value or essence. Most side characters in Bleach and One Piece are characters that only have screentime with no to no narrative value to them making them forgettable.
3) I also disagree with the antagonists take.
We will make this video again when ONE PIECE will finish.
Hope I will get sense of direction till then.

main char :- ichigo (although everyone will disagree but ichigo shows us the real side of a human that everyone has their own fears, lost and one need to find themselves. His biggest fear is that what if his friends got hurt by his own power that he obtained to protect them. Naruto and luffy are idealists having a goal and strive towards it. Meanwhile ichigo is a realist . each and every action of ichigo portrays fear of not standing up to expectations which we face almost everyday)
deuteragonist :- its a tie between sasuke and zoro but i will give it to zoro ( zoro is an embodiment of loyality and values. He is a type of character to prove himself every second . On the other hand even though sasuke's backstory and his character portray was different his ideals of morality and value was not defined he was roaming aimless after itachi's death trying to justify his actions in the name of revenge which again shows his downside while zoro tends to be more firm and fixed upon himself and his goals while sasuke doesnt stay fixed about his actions which makes him indecisive)
plot :- without a doubt one piece ( one piece shows the dark side of world showing every type of crime that happens in real world also it has plot twists with foreshadowing . 2nd is naruto third is bleach)
side cast :- bleach (literally 90% of bleach characters have so much broken abilities that you will feel they have enough power to destroy everything the best example of these are germy, yhwach, shunsui , uryu , yamamotto, rukia , byakuya.. The list goes on . 2nd is one piece . The side charcters with broken devil fruits and haki create a perfect lvl of power balance in one piece world 3rd is naruto)
fights :- its naruto (although its valid if you put any of the big 3 in this section but fights in naruto has been bit more emotional and dramatic which helped me to stick to the series although my fav fight is tied between luffy vs kaido and ichigo, aizen vs yhwach )
animations :- one piece (recent animations of one piece needs no explanations why it is 1st . 2nd is bleach . Even though the animations of bleach tybw were good but its in 2nd place due to bit mistiming with cgi . Prime example is komamura's bankai dangai form)
power system :- onepice ( The broken devil fruits like ope ope no mi and haki mastery like shanks are top notch and 2nd is bleach . it have simple yet one of the most underrated form of power system the spiritual pressure but they did not emphasize it towards tybw which is understandable due to broken abilities. 3rd is naruto.)
world building :- even a blind person would say one piece ( The number of vast islands with different climates shows the diverse and genius geography of one piece . 2nd is bleach due to having multiple realms like heuco mundo , world of living , soul society )
antagonist :- bleach ( aizen , ulqiuora and yhwach . 2nd is one piece dofy, bb, akainu etc 3rd is naruto despite having good villains like madara and pain because the characters did not get enough justice . Justice in the sense of ending)
female cast :- in terms of sexiness and goals - one piece (nami, robin, hancock, yamato the list goes on )
in terms of power - bleach ( rukia with abilities, full bringer orihime and aura machibane , bankai unohana the list might go on)
character design:- bleach ( designs of bankai and quincy powers takes the lead . 2nd is one piece ok hear me out if you are reading this till now the design of armament haki on the body looks drip along with luffys changing outfits from time to time along with zoro scars compared to naruto which have reasonably good designs)
transformations :- bleach (ichigos vaste lord , final getsuga tensho etc made me jump from excitement . If you are wondering why gear 5 is not there it is because since last year everyone knows about it due to increase in number of readers . So in terms of hype bleach takes the edge 2nd is one piece with gear 2 , gear 4 transformations. 3rd is naruto with good and decent transformations)
so finale comes down . Thanks if you read every reasons . The best in big 3 is one piece with a beast competition with bleach on 2nd and unfortunately 3rd for naruto.

I haven't watched Bleach yet. And till date Naruto is my favorite. Not like I hate OP(though I used to)but actually I love OP as equal as Naruto but the emotional impact which Naruto had on me is far greater than any series(not only animes). And One point I wanna deduct is that it takes too much time to actually spice things up which may be is not for me but Yes OP story is by far my fav.
As a normal anime watcher you don't focus on variety of stuffs which are metioned here( except female cast😅). Of I consider those then OP surely outscores Naruto. But as an as we know Score do not always count in real world.
