SPOILER WARNING
1) On his girlfriend Izumi Uchiha - used to keep her in genjutsu for around 70 years and showed her their life together..😢
2) On Tekka Uchiha - one of the people who came to arrest Itachi for shisui case in the flashbacks - he was an expert sharingan user and he tried putting itachi under genjutsu to stop him from killing but itachi ended up using Tsukuyomi to counter it.
3) Yoshiro Uchiha - Another one of those people who came to arrest itachi during naruto itachi flashbacks.. he is believed to be the one who pushed Fugaku (Itachi's father) and manipulated him to pull a coup on konoha. He was tortured by itachi in his tsukuyomi coz technically he was the shadow guy who was responsible for all that mess
4) On Sasuke - we all know this one where he showed sasuke how he killed his clan and asked him to get stronger.
5) On Sugaru Aburame - The only non-uchiha who died that night, Itachi used Amaterasu to kill him because he was responsible for Shisui Uchiha's death - for those who don't know Shisui died of poisoning and his suicide was faked (Both the light novel and data book tell that).

But complete hypnosis affects all with or without spiritual pressure. And tsukuyomi affects one person at a time , but complete hypnosis affects all who saw the release of kyouka suigetsu at any point in their life. And without renningan , they will not be able to see shinigami as the naruto universe already has a shinigami but no one can see it unless it touches their soul. I know all this and many more, but I was just giving him some video ideas.

itcahi is way more faster than jiraya sensei and in a combat battle speed matters I agree that itachi ko mangekyo sharigan jada nahi use kar skta but still woh itna intelegent hai ke woh pehle he pata laga lega ki jiraya sensei amaterasu se bach skte hai toh woh tsukuyomi ya susanoo ke taraf jaiga and he can use them three time (any one) and we know that itachi was partialy blind but still he was capable of dogging kirin (kirins attack speed = speed of lighting) so jiraya sensei need the barrier but itachi naturally has sharpe senses than jiraya sensei so in a battel acording to me itachi can win with high difficulty.

Bhai don't be dumb idk how can u say that jiraiya sensei speed < than Itachi. In terms of intelligence don't underestimate him in boruto he easily recognised sasuke that he is from future.
In combat he can easily defeat itachi
