您好 , 維加斯房產稅約是1%, 這個小區有hoa, hoa 每月約是$40.
關於買家超過65歲在維加斯的物業税是否有優惠這個問題我不確定, 我也咨詢broker相關的問題, 她們建議您咨詢有執照的CPA/ 會計師. 他們會比較了解稅務相關的問題. :)
