Its odd the way I have been feeling the past few years. Lost, confused, stressed and the list goes on. I used to be a pretty smart human but since all the craziness started I have felt very dumb. As we have come closer to this time in history I have gone deeper into my thoughts and spit out things that just do not resonate with my higher self. As I continue doing this I am feeling like a being with higher knowledge and discernment for what I except as truth and this has made me feel more free of the lies and deception. It's been amazing my how my feelings have felt like being a blower that bingo balls are mixed up in. It just started slowing down and now things don't seem to excite me as much as they used to. I just feel so calm and when something does get me excited I think about it I feel it and I either let it go or hold on to it. I don’t think there is much joy and hope . I think it’s actually opposite. People loose jobs, companies use workers and don’t pay enough. It’s getting harder to buy food and pay bills. There is no tide shift , it’s a moan for better life which we lost during COVID and never got back to normal

I respect your position. I know how fear can motivate people to behave in very self-centered ways. I’m referring to the way the US media churns anxiety in the electorate. I take my privilege to vote seriously-to reflect on the people who have struggled, the people who are marginalized, the people who haven’t had the privileges I’ve had. The people whose very existence puts them in danger-especially in a climate that encourages and applauds violence against the “other.” I want a better future for young people. I feel we can have real hope for unity in the future if we actively work together to make life better for those with little to no power. To encourage people to care, help, and support. I am like you, close to 70, and feeling these winds of change in my body. I can’t do anything about it. I have been on this path for 44 years and have never felt in such a precarious state. I have actually experienced an insurgence of wildlife interactions and “visits” from moths and birds. I observe the feelings and go on with my day. I don’t want to be paralyzed by them but just as with the dreams I have that come true, I can’t stop the feeling. I too feel that wisdom is not my close companion these days, but if you can keep above the fray, I think it’s alright to pass through these valleys.

I agree wholeheartedly with your observation. How can we have global peace when animals are treated as a commodity to be bought, sold and eaten and used like machinery? But even beyond animals is the respect for the planet. Earth is not a big trash can for our messes. So much could be said about these things but the bottom line is until our ignorance is brought to light, nothing will change. All of life is sacred. Each moment we can learn to see, or we can close our eyes and minds by taking the easy way out. Until the individual wakes up we will see more of the same.

I have empathy animals and still acknowledge the physiology that we are also mammals, death is not the end nor evil - my dog is not evil or unkind because it eats chickens, and neither am I - even cats kill prey for practice - death is part of life, and it is disrespectful to life to fear and revile death. Everything thats going on reminds me over and over of what psychic Gloria Brown said and wrote about in her last book which came out shortly before her death. She said in 2024 there would not be an election, no president because Americans would "do something different" in governance of our country, something better. While it is difficult to imagine something different on such a gargantuan scale anything better is welcome AND we must adapt or we perish.

May i give another perspective on being apolitical? I agree that the world can be transformed into love peace and fairness, however, we are not there. (Yes we are heading in that direction.) So until that shift it is important, in my opinion, that we work toward soppirting that new world in one way, by finding candidates that are helping us move forward. Candidates who truly want to serve and make it a better world. ANd we have a system, here in the USA that governs over programs that help and support the less fortunate. It also protects our envirnment. Helps children to have an education and not go hungry. It can keep big business from taking over, and so much more. I agree that in some ways it has failed us, and there is curuption, however, let's not throw the baby out with the bath water. We need those who are willing and able to serve gov in many ways. Gov. Is needed, but can be transformed by our support for honorable candidates who want to help in this transition.

It's been amazing my how my feelings have felt like being a blower that bingo balls are mixed up in. It just started slowing down and now things don't seem to excite me as much as they used to. I just feel so calm and when something does get me excited I think about it I feel it and I either let it go or hold on to it. The greatest thing is that I'm holding on to wonderful things now like I really know we will come out of this insanity with love and peace. I was born in 1950 & one of my early memories, of television, which was pretty new when I was 3 or 4, was walking into a room, empty, television on, talking about & showing footage of nuclear weapons being used & tested, which impacted my own innocence.

I don’t think there is much joy and hope . I think it’s actually opposite. People loose jobs, companies use workers and don’t pay enough. It’s getting harder to buy food and pay bills. There is no tide shift , it’s a moan for better life which we lost during COVID and never got back to normal

I know how fear can motivate people to behave in very self-centered ways. I’m referring to the way the US media churns anxiety in the electorate. I take my privilege to vote seriously-to reflect on the people who have struggled, the people who are marginalized, the people who haven’t had the privileges I’ve had. The people whose very existence puts them in danger-especially in a climate that encourages and applauds violence against the “other.”
I want a better future for young people. I feel we can have real hope for unity in the future if we actively work together to make life better for those with little to no power. To encourage people to care, help, and support.
I don’t have energy to be against something or someone. I’m focusing on doing what I can and so that I might see the world heal in my lifetime.

I've been such a wave of craziness, up and down and up and down. Being on my awakening path for almost 40 years I'm almost 70 and cannot believe the world we are seeing. I've lost all feelings of my wisdom. Not feeling very wise. Want to stay present and sitting in my garden noticing "where are all the bumble bees"? Not many birds either. I am like you, close to 70, and feeling these winds of change in my body. I can’t do anything about it. I have been on this path for 44 years and have never felt in such a precarious state. I have actually experienced an insurgence of wildlife interactions and “visits” from moths and birds. I observe the feelings and go on with my day. I don’t want to be paralyzed by them but just as with the dreams I have that come true, I can’t stop the feeling. I too feel that wisdom is not my close companion these days, but if you can keep above the fray, I think it’s alright to pass through these valleys.

I agree wholeheartedly with your observation. How can we have global peace when animals are treated as a commodity to be bought, sold and eaten and used like machinery? But even beyond animals is the respect for the planet. Earth is not a big trash can for our messes. So much could be said about these things but the bottom line is until our ignorance is brought to light, nothing will change. All of life is sacred. Each moment we can learn to see, or we can close our eyes and minds by taking the easy way out. Until the individual wakes up we will see more of the same.
I also appreciate Pam including other sentient beings in these updates. I’ve always had an overwhelming empathy for animals and the earth. They are all in my heart as I envision manifestation of peace on earth.
I have empathy animals and still acknowledge the physiology that we are also mammals, death is not the end nor evil - my dog is not evil or unkind because it eats chickens, and neither am I - even cats kill prey for practice - death is part of life, and it is disrespectful to life to fear and revile death. Consuming animals is not the problem, it is humans killing without honor and respect for life. A very important distinction!

It very challenging to stay neutral in some situations. If I find myself reacting- I am gentle with myself acknowledge it and let it flow out. We are human, having a human experience so emotions are part of it. But they don’t have to control you and your reality. I have the ability to change out of that state as soon as I recognize it.

Everything thats going on reminds me over and over of what psychic Gloria Brown said and wrote about in her last book which came out shortly before her death. She said in 2024 there would not be an election, no president because Americans would "do something different" in governance of our country, something better. While it is difficult to imagine something different on such a gargantuan scale anything better is welcome AND we must adapt or we perish.

May i give another perspective on being apolitical? I agree that the world can be transformed into love peace and fairness, however, we are not there. (Yes we are heading in that direction.) So until that shift it is important, in my opinion, that we work toward soppirting that new world in one way, by finding candidates that are helping us move forward. Candidates who truly want to serve and make it a better world.
ANd we have a system, here in the USA that governs over programs that help and support the less fortunate. It also protects our envirnment. Helps children to have an education and not go hungry. It can keep big business from taking over, and so much more. I agree that in some ways it has failed us, and there is curuption, however, let's not throw the baby out with the bath water. We need those who are willing and able to serve gov in many ways. Gov. Is needed, but can be transformed by our support for honorable candidates who want to help in this transition.

Re you not aligning with one side or another, I find this quote by German philosopher, Hannah Arendt, very applicable to the current state of governments today: “This constant lying is not aimed at making the people believe a lie, but at ensuring that no one believes anything anymore. A people that can no longer distinguish between truth and lies cannot distinguish between right and wrong.And such a people, deprived of the power to think and judge, is, without knowing and willing, completely subjected to the rule of lies. With such a people, you can do whatever you want.”
So it is extremely important that we search our hearts and souls and seek out the truth.
And from Baha'u'llah, Prophet Founder of the Baha'i Faith, "What “oppression” is more grievous than that a soul seeking the truth, and wishing to attain unto the knowledge of God, should know not where to go for it and from whom to seek it? For opinions have sorely differed, and the ways unto the attainment of God have multiplied."
