- Every employer in New York State is now required to establish a sexual harassment prevention policy and is now required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training.
Additional resources are available on the State’s Combating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
website: www.ny.gov/programs/combating-sexual-harassment-workplace.
I've taken this training for the workplace
Very informative. I learned a lot.
I have taken this training.
I have taken this training for my workplace as well as my volunteer activities as a firefighter and a Library Trustee.
This is all new to me I'm still learning
Thank you for all this information now I'm aware of the signs of sexual harassment
Thank you for all this information now 90 when something occurs how do I go about reporting it
There should be a free training module for people.
All of the NYS compliant no-cost training materials are available here:
www.ny.gov/combating-sexual-harassment-workplace/employers#training-requirements
Is this the most recent version?
Where do we find the sign off sheet?
No signed acknowledgement is required, but employers are encouraged to develop and keep a signed acknowledgement and to keep a copy of training records. These records may be helpful in addressing any future complaints or lawsuits.

I have viewed the videos and agree with all information presented. However, I feel that David and Tatiana are both guilty of unacceptable behavior. They should both be fired.
So dumb… it’s really common sense
