If this game existed in real life if would not only fail, but face a massive lawsuit that would bankrupt the company, and likely send the higher-ups to prison. Starting off in a town where every NPC is a jerk to you, the game punches you down and insults you for simply being a new player, and sends you from an unreasonable starting quest into A FREAKING ENDGAME-LEVEL QUEST WHERE BACKING OUT FORCEFULLY TAKES MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IS INSANE! Even if we assume that the 600 is yen and not dollars, converting that yen into USD is $4.21 per SINGLE COIN, and as a result simply CANCELLING A GAME MISSION OR ABANDONING AN ACCOUNT COSTS YOU $42,108.42! THAT IS BULL This game would die faster than freaking Concord did if it was ever made in real life, and result in an impossible-to-win suit for the company that made it. The idea that a game could take your in-world currency debt from a failed mission & threaten to make you pay real world money simply from thinking about abandoning an account is so incredibly stupid that I stopped watching this one lol. Talk about an amazing lack of creativity on the author’s part, who couldn’t even come up with even the most simplistic reason to keep them from abandoning the account. Even something cheesy, like a gamer junkie saying “I’ll 100% this game no matter what comes my way!” At least hard-headed determination is real, unlike the threat the game made. Jfc 😂
