I love this little bag! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I’m planning to make another. Thank you for including inches in your measurements. I’ve made a brown paper pattern for each cut of fabric which will make my next bag so much easier to make. Measure twice…cut once! Thank you for sharing this project! 🌺
How long did it take you to complete your bag? I've been sewing since I was age 8. Now at 71 I find it a bit challenging following some of these videos that are on fast mode.
I spent one day just making the brown paper patterns and cutting out each piece. Next day I sewed it up. I think it took about 4 hours to put it all together. I’m only sewing for about 3 years…so I work slowly. 🌺
@@leehuddy6061 in the upper right corner of the video screen there is a little round gear shaped button. If you touch that and scroll down to the playback speed, you can slow down the video quite a bit; that might make it easier for you to follow along. hope this helps you! 🌷

Thank you for this video and pattern. I used waxed canvas on the exterior fabric so it was hard to sew the last steps for the flaps,. But it still turned out nice.

I have made this twice and it turns out amazing. However everytime i put the hooks for belt it doesn't end up in the middle. I need to work with the mesurements.
