- A quick car chat about silence.
Put them in a room, turn off the light and shut the door.
A weak/undisciplined mind will eat itself.
We don’t need to destroy anyone, people end up where they deserve to be, and they end up destroying themselves.
A silent man is powerful and has nothing to prove.
He knows when to speak and when it is necessary, (quality over quantity). He has control over his mind in calmness.
A chatty person is weak and cannot quieten their mind, they are usually spinning and relay on outside validation and stimulus to survive.
They cannot be left alone or without distraction, like a child.
The Power of silence, words are silver, but silence is GOLD.

Thank you for being here and so many of us are feeling this call to switch off and tune inwards. I feel this will assist so many. I have been sharing on being able to listen and space. Yes spirituality is mastery of self. Mastery of the tongue. Those that are chatty are like a child. Usually talking about others. Those that do, do not talk about others they dont have the time and they dont care, they are too busy with the (doing of it).
Married to a narcissist for 24 years . This has been my greatest tool . Even after 2 years he still tries to contact me .. I say nothing . I will never allow someone like that to hold power over my emotions . I decide when people see them ❤. The more you practice this the more powerful you feel .
Yes silence or ripping off the narcs mask to publically expose them is the only way to deal with them. But can get us killed if they are on the macavillian scale as so often many of them are.
Usually quieter people are actually the kindest and most interesting

Yes ignore and go no contact, they ghost and ignore you to devalue, demean and control your mind and thoughts, we do it to survive and create peace. Silence is the one thing a narcissist can’t handle.

It’s two sides to every story. Because yes, some people may need the silence and separate themselves to regroup their thoughts. But sometimes people become a reclusive and isolate due to a trauma response from dealing with a narcissist for an extended amount of time. And now they have fear of trust. Trusting other people, and trusting themselves tohave boundaries and not continue to attract narcissist. And then the reclusiveness and isolation becomes the way of life to the point where now you don’t even understand how to cohabitate or live in the collective. Afraid to speak because your words words may be misunderstood or judged. and that’s no way of life to live. Humans weren’t meant to live in extended isolation. It studies that can show this leads to early Alzheimer’s and early mortality rate. We’re meant to love each other and have each other and keep each other. Days can go by without me speaking, I can’t even tell you the last time I even had a hug. PS I’m the one that sent you the Instagram DM about nihilism.
Oh no, this is about mastery of self discipline, and the power of stillness of our mind, of course going too far with silence as a trauma response is absolutely terrible. Isolating your self to heal is one thing but isolating your self and that becoming the thing that ultimately destroys you is another. He does not mention this for obvious reasons. Hi Goliath it's Cindy hun long time no chat I am sure if Stephen and I are together still I have been held against my will we eventually found out it was a military torture program and I was food to certain. Celebrities for I had these weird gifts like lightening saving people flying through the air appearing before people extra PL us my psychic and oracle gifts and gift for healing including psychic surgery and lastly have not been creating much more r drawing nor doing readings and I need my fourth version of your deck m...how much is it these days and can I get it locally thanks hope.
