My peppermint shrimp ate the mouth (and then the whole centre section) of all my plate corals, as well as the whole centre section of my Cynarina. I feed him like a pig, but makes no difference. I guess I just got a dud...gonna give him back to Fishstore...as soon as I can catch the damn thing.

I never had that happen. Peppermints are the same as any other animals. You never know until I’ll get it. Good luck with catching it! I Have more then 10 in my tank and all behaving great!

peppermint shrimp are fine as long as they have food as you say. I watched a peppermint shrimp rip a mouth off a chalice coral to steal the food. kinda bummed me out.
