Somebody has gotten themselves or will get themselves a beautiful boat. Maintenance is so key and it's obvious previous owners were very proud of there boat. Beautiful .... 😍 a super Great Lakes cruiser for a retired couple, getting closer but this is on the ole bucket list for sure. Amazing how updated it appears for a 1996 era build.
This add is worthless without a price in it, 👎🏻
Always show the list price, whether it has sold or not. You don't have to disclose what the negotiated price was, but I now have zero interest in watching the rest of the video without knowledge of the price range.
I completely understand and your right, I have had customers who have purchased boats ask me to remove the price so I just got into that habit, but your right, I can certainly leave the List Price on there. I feel like I am stuck in the middle with no right answer.
@@ZachPaider - I completely understand. I was a Realtor / Broker for 10 years... But I would imagine that the original or last list price would be a matter of public record / information, so keeping that info up shouldn't be against any ethics... Then maybe change to "SOLD" in the heading... I would never disclose final negotiated pricing, etc as you mentioned... Thanks for the vids
