Some of the early PS3 games made such great use of motion blur, bloom etc that it added so much to the experience. Nowadays we tend to turn it all off with modern games because it doesn't look right.

You mean RPCS3? To do that, you need to open Pads (with controller logo) from main menu, then choose Keyboard from Handlers (top left). After that, you can bind keys and alter mouse acceleration and deadzone.

I guess it's too much. But I think even if it's possible, I will lock it to 30fps still. If you play it on 60fps, you will find that movement in the game will be faster twice

Rare thing, because I hate motion blur in most game. But here, the overall sense of speed is insane!
