9:39 If you noticed, you get a buff when you deflect a Ki Super Attack. That icon that says (3) underneath your ki gauge is a buff that will make you charge up faster, and it goes up to 6. You can get 3 from deflecting ON THE GROUND, and another 3 from deflecting IN THE AIR. Try it in training. Also if you want to deflect beams easier (on standard), hold Circle and press Triangle right before the beam hits you.
Idk if it’s just me or Xbox, but online is rough man. Delay based makes it pretty much impossible to enjoy the game especially after playing modern fgs with roll back. They either need to implement rollback or significantly improve the connectivity and responsiveness of the game cus it just isn’t fun online atm imo
I got 64 win percentage cuz seem like mf don't know how to super counter but i been knew i an stop combos all the time just need to learn how to time my perception im bad at that part only besides that im like it just sick of fighting ssj4 gogeta i swear to god
I think it's just pressing R1 against a vanish (z-counter) vs. pressing R1 against a non-vanish (only charged attack?) attack. I don't know why they decided to make the distinction. They both teleport you behind the enemy.
The way I got the timing down was to almost wait until I felt like it was too late to vanish, because the trigger is on hit, not just before like most other games with dodge/parry mechanics. Hope this helps, and keep at it, it'll come to you with enough practice
