Sir, as per the rule the entire function needs to be convereted into duality as you mentioned in the begining under rule one but you processed the problem by just coverting it into canonical then standard form whereas it has to first be changed from primal to dual problem, thats the main motive of the method. Other videos are confusing me as they are following the duality proceduce first and thats the reason I am unable to get to the correct answer without converting it into dual. Please reply. Thanks :)
+Nida Ali Dual simplex algorithm is used 1. when value of basic variable are negative as we cannot apply simplex method in that case 2. Initial Solution is infeasible but optimal. Many video only shows you primal convert to dual and them apply simple simplex method. Dual simplex algorithm is complete different as I mentioned you in above 2 points. Hope this will help you. I understood the process you explained but still unsure where to use the "primal convert to dual and them apply simple simplex method" then. As exactly similiar kind of problems are being solved by two different way by different people. I just want to know which one should I follow. As doing through the primal to dual conversion method the entire set of variables and equations changes due to the transpose effect and tables are also solved using the new variables and transposed format so its really too confusing sir to know whether to follow the algorithm method or primal to dual. Please help Sir, I loved your videoes and understood them best amongst all .
If problem is of maximization and constraints also have < ,equal to sign then how to solve this problem by dual simplex method when all cj-zj are positive and solution value of basic variables is also positive then how we solve this problem plz sir reply soon

First dual simplex algorithm is same as simplex algorithm the only difference is that In simplex method our initial basic solution is feasible and not optimal but in dual simplex algorithm our initial basic feasible solution is infeasible ( value of basic variable are negative) and optimal. *see video for more concept* Second , First convert primal into dual and then apply regular simplex method. So conclusion is if initial solution is negative and optimality condition is satisfied apply dual simplex algorithm..

In simplex our solution is feasible that is positive but not optimal that is cj-zj is not less than 0, in dual simplex method solution is not feasible that is value of variable is negative but optimal that is cj-zj < 0. In simplex method solution is feasible I.e. solution column is +ive but solution is not optimal. In Dual simplex solution is infeasible I.e. solution column's some value are negative and solution is optimal. Hope this will help you.
Aap vo bhi kar sakte h primal se dual then apply regular simplex. If right hand side of constraint is negative that mean solution value are negative so in this case you have to apply dual simplex method. See description...

Sir, as per the rule the entire function needs to be convereted into duality as you mentioned in the begining under rule one but you processed the problem by just coverting it into canonical then standard form whereas it has to first be changed from primal to dual problem, thats the main motive of the method. Other videos are confusing me as they are following the duality proceduce first and thats the reason I am unable to get to the correct answer without converting it into dual. Please reply. Thanks :)

1.
when value of basic variable are negative as we cannot apply simplex method in that case
2.
Initial Solution is infeasible but optimal.
Many video only shows you primal convert to dual and them apply simple simplex method.
Dual simplex algorithm is complete different as I mentioned you in above 2 points.

I understood the process you explained but still unsure where to use the "primal convert to dual and them apply simple simplex method" then. As exactly similiar kind of problems are being solved by two different way by different people. I just want to know which one should I follow. As doing through the primal to dual conversion method the entire set of variables and equations changes due to the transpose effect and tables are also solved using the new variables and transposed format so its really too confusing sir to know whether to follow the algorithm method or primal to dual. Please help Sir, I loved your videoes and understood them best amongst all .

Sir what is the difference between dual simplex method or duality plzzz reply soon i am very confused after watching this video because i can't understand that duality by simplex method, dual by simplex method or dual simplex algoritheom method all are same or not plzz reply soon sir
First dual simplex algorithm is same as simplex algorithm the only difference is that In simplex method our initial basic solution is feasible and not optimal but in dual simplex algorithm our initial basic feasible solution is infeasible ( value of basic variable are negative) and optimal.

Second , First convert primal into dual and then apply regular simplex method.
So conclusion is if initial solution is negative and optimality condition is satisfied apply dual simplex algorithm..

In simplex our solution is feasible that is positive but not optimal that is cj-zj is not less than 0, in dual simplex method solution is not feasible that is value of variable is negative but optimal that is cj-zj < 0.
