Do both. Buy ur dream house as realistic as possible AND keep your RV. We have both. Children are adults now but we have wonderful memories of camping together as a family. We own our home now and still have a travel trailer.

Having a new home and keeping the airstream is the best option !!! You stabilize your family and continue to travel when ever you can 💪💪💪

In your situation of soon to be a family with a baby, suggest having a house first. Settle down for a while and raise the baby and think about the next step. You are still young, having plenty of time for RVing on later day to fulfill your dream. You may later rent out the house to pay your mortgage and meanwhile keep increase the house value and home equity ability once start again the full time RVing. Just a thought.

I am thinking about getting a 16ft or 20ft Airstream, what is holding me, other than the price is that I live in an HOA community and I can not park the trailer here so I might need to find parking for when I am not using it. Also, I would only be using it like once a month in the beginning and then probably like 2 times a year so I do not know if even worth it for me to get one.

Your forgetting about all the great memories you’ve made when traveling. How many states did you get to visit?

Owning an RV and "thinking" you have freedom is a bit misleading.
An RV is a tremendous burden and breakdowns when fulltime can be overwhelming.

I WANT FREEDOM FROM AMERICAN CAPITALISM!!! I'm going to listen to Dave Ramsey and avoid a Mortgage and debt (morgetary death grip and property taxes) I'll buy an RV Cash travel work remotely and Save Cash to build a house Cash no mortgage because Covid taught us that life is too short and who knows what's next. God Bless, don't spend your life working it away flushing it down the toilet. Enjoy your family TIME is valuable.
