well that was an expensive watch for me!:) - looking forward to my paints arriving (they had sold out of some of the blues - but found some really interesting other colours that intrigued me).
Barium Yellow IS a fantastic product - and I'll forever fail to understand why most manufacturers have written it off. I used it to "light up" a lampshade on a wall in a recent interior, and it honestly just painted itself. I've also been able to mix incredibly high value greens that AREN'T milky. I believe it should be a staple on everyone's palette, along with unbleached titanium and a core white.
@@sanhasenteredthechat7901 Absolutely. And actually not too far off the lead tin yellows - maybe a bit less tint power, but at a fraction of the price.
I have a few of Michael Harding paints, I get them when they are on offer. I love these paints, this demo has shown me much more and I appreciate it, thank you for sharing.
I do like them but! I'm not married to them - I can go wondering, and if the manufacturers were just a bit more open about what, and how much they put into the paint, it would be easier when given the choice - It is not the paint that makes the artist - it is the artist that learns to use the paint - look at the work of the artist and what he is doing with the paint he is using - it is not about brands it is about the artist, something that many paint makers seem to forget - for me it's the paint that does what I want it to do - and that means that I sometimes have to make my own paint.

Yes they are amazing but ohhh so expensive unless you’re making enough money out of your art it’s not economically feasible ! But thanks for the demo anyways

I second this, along with warm white. Really opens up magentas and ultramarines compared to titanium white.

Just ordered the 250ml of the oleo gel ( and 6 MH oil paints to try with it ) to give it a try based on this video. Looks cool.!

Ilustrador de paisajes excelente , al óleo
El arte de ilustrar paisajes con pintura al óleo es realmente maravilloso y requiere habilidad y dedicación.
Thanks you for sharing. It is useful and valuable for me.

Jolly good! I acuier paints I can afford. The paint has no talent, YOU do.
Excellent
Genuine Alizarin red fades very quickly, I won't use it. I use various lead whites and titanium, titanium is so blue and so strong in tints.
I used only one colour form michale Harding. l like michale Harding oil paint so much. But how to buy michale Harding oil paint from Bangladesh

Is the oleo impasto gel toxic in any way? fumes, etc?
PM7 (Oleo impasto gel) is Solvent Free, Non-Toxic AND Vegan
I have many of your paints but i just find it hard to find any cremnitz, foundation or lead white available anywhere in the UK.
I'm afraid this is due to certain laws prohibiting their sale to artists that are not conservation/restoration artists.
Nice if you can afford it mate!
Shut up and take my money!

So, you choose MH because it has no fillers, yet you love the Silica Gel... which is a filler...
If the paint already has filler in it, then you can't choose when/how to add it strategically.
