- In this episode Mr. Magoo became Watson to accompany Sherlock Holmes while helping a young girl with an issue of a gold stone sent from the mines of South Africa.

I remember watching these with my mom when I was little. Timeless.
Estupenda serie en recrear a los grandes héroes literarios que siempre han cautivado con el correr de los años. Todo un gran acierto que tuvo esta singular caricatura en plasmar en su momento.

Isn't it weird how Magoo's eyesight improves 100% in these roles he plays?
That's why I like these and Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol better than the regular Magoo shorts. The "ha ha, he can hardly see" business got awfully old awfully fast. (And even A Christmas Carol had a few of those jokes, but they kept them to the frame story.)
He was an icon there and Gilligan island.

Thanks pal , I haven't seen a lot of these episodes since the late 1960s. Any chance of uploading the Dick Tracy - Mr. Magoo episode Dick Tracy vs. The Mob? It used to be on UA-cam 2007-2009 , until it was deleted.

Shawn Malone I was born in the 1990S, But I agree about these classics. My favorite Famous Magoo episodes are Doctor Frankenstein, This & Dick Tracy. The last one however, I haven’t seen that since. Before the deletion & some other events became messed up. The messed up part is a whole different story. Anyway, On the bright side The Famous Adventures of Mr. Magoo is on a DVD set. With one of our favorite episodes.
