She had a appointed Armi personnel with her, although she doesn’t need that in my personal opinion. People are very respectful and helpful towards their guests and specially for a woman. I have traveled in Pakistan northern areas in a Hilux van with full of local Pakhtoon van we girls were wearing jeans and shirts, I still remember their eyes were on the floor none of them made us uncomfortable at all. I’m so proud to be a Pakistani 🇵🇰.
I honestly just love the way you speak carrie, such a clear voice that i would tune into the radio if you were on the other side talking, really lovely.
Absolutely amazing. Loved it. I cannot remember at all watching this video before. Also, I could not recognize it was the same Rajib in the first place, perhaps because of his different outfit and look. A nice one, Carrie!
This place is magical, I'm embarrassed to say that I'm a British Pakistani and yet I've never been to Pakistan, but after watching your video I'm planning to visit Northern Pakistan next summer
That’s made me very happy to read! One of my closest friends is British Pakistani and she has never been and I am like ‘sort it out!’ Northern Pakistan is so magical.. you will be spoilt for choice.. check the temperature.. higher elevations will likely be cool.. obvs cities like Islamabad are beyond boiling.. 🥵
Same 😂😂 I’m from the flatlands of central Panjab so to see such high mountains I wish I could go but my nerves would never let me, who knows though maybe one day I will
Its just breathtakingly beautiful...I am amazed of your courage travelling in such dangerous high altitude roads..it needs sheer guts. Wonderful vlog showing us heaven on earth... love from India.
I did this trek too and it may be that I stayed in the cabin on the edge of the cliff 11:22. I went there early in the season when this whole area was covered in snow. No one else around either but the owner allowed me to stay there. Similar experience with the fire. I refused to allow anyone else to carry my stuff so had my 20Kg plus rucksack on me all the way from the point where the 4x4 jeeps stopped. There had been a few landslides and as the snow was melting in certain areas, the path became narrow and dangerous. I started to feel the air thinning out a bit from around 2700 metres up. The view was awesome and likewise I would wake up early to catch the sunrise and the sunset. I remember the police escort too, the were very friendly. You do go through a lot of checkpoints so don't loose your passport. I felt completely safe there and treated like guests where often local people did not take money from you. May revisit this place with family in the future but those roads are so scary, I was not prepared for them.
It’s an incredible experience isn’t it! I am glad you got to go there.. I also have the urge to go back.. just would like to teleport myself past that road 😂😅
Loved everything especially your wording such as more gentle landscape, terrible traffic of horses 🐎 and perfumed tissue. Worth visiting if not tired and reach to the proper viewing point.
I love the people and the beautiful country...no, never any problems, just generous, kind people all the time..felt safe and respected and feel safer there than Toronto at present!!!!
She seems like a really nice lady & we do welcome her & our foreign guests & wish them a happy & safe journey! I sometimes get annoyed at myself for not exploring our beautiful Pakistan as much as these foreigners do! You guys do enjoy life, I'm a little jealous here but still overall happy for you people! ☺
