Very cool to see this, what has changed and how little has changed in 50 years. I've lived in Florida since 1981 but grew up in OC in the 60's and 70's. I remember when Jamboree was as far as 405 went, also when the Westminster Mall was built and when the 405 was completed to San Diego. The off-ramps and even signs are all still the same.
7:35 i really like that black Honda Civic. Its odd seeing people driving on a highway civilized. People in Philly where I live just drive however they like.
It happens, but not always. When I moved from Europe to the United States, two of the most strange things for me were that people don't drive in the rightmost possible lane, but in any lane, and that they also pass on the right. I don't know how many accidents I almost got into in the beginning - fortunately nothing bad happened.
